The Laundry Room

Okay So Today One of The Machines Charged Me Twice, But you know How Technology can be, Friendly Staff & Customers. I know The Owner Will Reimburse Me, The Lady That Works Cleaning up Was here this morning, First time it's happened, The Washers & Dryers R Amazing & It's ALWAYS Clean!!
For Me it Cost about $6 a load to wash at my Mom's So when I can Do 5 loads at once for $7.25 that's A plus. I'll Follow up on this Review.. Thx again. Plz Reach back to me I've left Two Messages..Thx Happy holidays

Needed a quick and last min fix because my dryer went out! Googled wash and fold and The Laundry Room popped up! So I decided to give them a try! First of all the premises was clean, smelled good, well lit, and very organized! The customer service was immaculate!! I was unable to open the lockers for my clothes to be placed in to be washed! I called the number on the site, spoke to Pete; he contacted Mrs.D and she arrived within minutes to assist! Mrs.D is awesome! My clothes were ready the next day and the transaction was smooth! Safe to say they have gained a customer! Thanks Mrs.D and Pete!

Brought our laundry in just to dry. I was happy with the experience. The place is clean and machines look new. I was impressed that you can use your debit card to pay for the dryers.

While traveling we got in a bind with our laundry behind. The laundry Room in Smyrna was great. Clean nice great facility. Great service they have.

The owners are so kind and they work hard to keep the place clean. It is always clean when we go here and normally not too busy through the week. The older gentleman carried one of my baskets to my car today as he saw I was done and was getting ready to leave. I won’t go anywhere else since The Laundry Room opened!

I love this new laundromat in Smyrna! So clean and they have Electrolux washing machines!!

This place is very clean and quiet. There are plenty of machines and it wasn’t crowded with people. There are change machines to get quarters and laundry soap if you need it. My washer went out and I needed to wash clothes until parts came in. I will use this place to wash my comforters in the future. Hopefully it won’t get too busy.

The owner of the place is very cool she drives a black telsa model 3 ,,she says try to keep it clean and have a pleasant time at there laundry room.... very nice people...
