I drive out of my way just to go to Infinity of Boerne. I like to see Alan to do keep up with both of my cars. He remembers each car and what we did the visit prior.

I used to use Infiniti of SA, closest to me, but they did not care about my car or my time.
Even when my car needed service and was only 6 months old, I requested a loaner in advance just to be told that the person in charge of the keys did not get there until 9am. As I waited, she never came to see me and she left early for lunch. The Infiniti of SA ended up sending me to get a rental with a driver that had no idea how to get the Enterprise. My husband took his car abs also needed a loaner to go to work, asked in advance and approved in advance, his loaner was so dirty that we kept the pictures and decided never to go back, this was before COVID.

Once we started going to Infiniti of Boerne, all changed, the waiting room was open and clean. To my surprise several of the great people from the other dealership started working at Infiniti of Boerne.

Alan and my mechanics are GREAT, Professional, and I’m informed every step of the way with what is happening to my car and time. If I can wait, I do because it’s clean and secure. If I need a loaner, it is waiting for me on time.
