I have been a customer of ABC for almost 4 years now and they are fantastic. They take care of my pest control and HVAC on a regular basis and I call them when I have a plumbing or handy man need from time to time. It is great to have all the home services you need under one company. The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly and the customer support is always on point. If you own a home I highly recommend them!

Robert (Advisor) and Chris (Technician) were awesome. We called ABC for an air conditioning problem after calling several other companies who were giving us repair and/or replacement quotes that were crazy high. Robert came out and did a great job of explaining our options and different prices, but he wanted to send a technician out first to make sure the issue couldn’t be resolved without costly repairs or replacement. Chris arrived and within 15 minutes had the problem diagnosed and fixed, and our AC system is running great! He explained everything and showed me the problem and the fix for it. Great service and he only charged us for the standard diagnostic fee, which was under $100 dollars (waaaay less than what we were looking at before). We were so impressed with Robert and Chris from ABC that we signed up for the monthly maintenance plan. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic great company from first phone call to each time the technicians arrived to serve my home they each have been very courteous and professional and considered of my house. Sergio came in this morning to do a yearly check up on our units, he came in with an apprentice. So, they thoroughly performed the maintenance treatment, changed our furnace air filters and were very professional. I truly appreciate what this company provides.

Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained and showed me the reason the capacitor needed to be replaced, (which I knew), but not the motor/ fan, (which I didn't know). A different company informed me that both should be replaced, so it was a relief to hear I didn't. In fact, after replacing the capacitor for a reasonable charge, he showed me how the motor was working great. Whew! ABC was highly recommended by a friend, and I'm now passing it along. I highly recommend ABC and many thanks to Sergio! Finally, never hesitate to get a second opinion. It may save you hundreds. I'll definitely be using ABC again.

They just installed a new HVAC unit for me and did a very professional job. I was kept informed when they would arrive and the guys who did the work were very nice and respectful. They explained how it worked very well before they left.

I have been using ABC HOME & COMMERCIAL SERVICES for some years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Today, for the first time I used their HVAC service to inspect my heating system. The technician, Mr. Celestino, was a true professional. He had all the tools needed to perform the inspection. He even had a ladder to reach higher up places which in the past I had to provide to the other company. Mr. Celestino was very professional and proficient besides extremely polite and helpful. He was happy to answer any question I had and even took the time to explain what I can do to keep my HVAC system running smoothly.

My time window was between 8-12 and Roberto showed up about 830. He was super friendly and explained everything he was checking on. ABC has always provided great service!

Celestino always take such good care of our HVAC/heating system. He was polite, on time, and communicate well. If not for him and Michael at Abc, I would’ve never known that so much was wrong with my brand new unit from my builder. These guys are amazing!

We can always count on great service from ABC and feel the price for our HVAC maintenance agreement is a fair value. We just had a tech complete our service today whose name was Tino Leal. He was exceptional and we will be requesting him for our HVAC checks in the future!

This company is the real deal! From the appointment scheduler to the sales person to the installation crew, everyone is top-notch. All are professional, kind and know what they’re doing!! Kudos to today’s installation team. They worked hard in this heat and were all so thoughtful and courteous.

ABC hires great staff! Christopher provided my six month maintenance on my HVAC systems. It has been a great program to enroll in for my home. You are prepared for seasonal changes and they come out quickly when you have problems.
Christopher is polite and very knowledgeable and always answers questions I may have.

ABC did an amazing job. The answered within 10 seconds of calling unlike the competitors I called where I was on hold for 15+ mins. They got a technician out the same day within 5 hours and was able to expertly diagnose and fix the problem all within 30mins! Chris did an amazing job!

I trust only ABC Home for my A/C service, repairs, and maintenance. Sergio has been one of the technicians twice to complete repairs. He quickly finds the problem and provides excellent customer service! In a hour and a half after calling, they were at the home, made the repair, and everything was good to go!

Gabriel Loza and the team of HVAC Techs arrived on time to complete figuring the install. They placed covering on the floors and cleaned up after installation was completed. Gabriel did an excellent job of ensuring we understood everything they did while in our home. The Supervisor for the team came to our home to check on their progress. He provided excellent customer service as did Gabriel and the others completing the installation. He answered any questions we had and showed up the progress of their work. They finished faster than we anticipated. I definitely recommend ABC Home and Commercial Services to all homeowners.

Adrian came by today to do my HVAC maintenance and he was very courteous and professional. He greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. He was respectful of my home and property. He was prompt in performing the services required and when finished, he explained that he would send me an email with all his findings but that my HVAC system was in top shape. I give Adrian and ABC five stars!

When our HVAC system folded under the extreme heat in San Antonio Texas, ABC dispatched a technician and fixed the issue within 3 hours of my initial contact. I am happy with the job that was done and very appreciative of the swift action.
