Crossfire Gymnastics

I am one of the coaches at Crossfire Gymnastics, but also one of the parents. I have three girls at all different levels and they love it! My youngest does the playgroups. This is such a special program to spend time with her. We have fun and I love that it's a safe environment. She does a lot of the songs/movements back at home too! My middle is in Beginning and has only been there a few months. I love the small ratios. She gets so much time on the equipment! My oldest is on the Xcel team. Her gymnastics has really improved, she's made great friends, she looks up to the older girls on the development team and she has gained a lot of confidence and responsibility from the coach. We have really enjoyed the classes and camps that Crossfire has to offer! As a coach/parent who has worked at gyms around the country, I can honestly say this gym is the gym to go to!

My daughter has been at crossfire with coach Lisa since before it was crossfire. She started in mommy and me class at around 2 years of age. She spent 4 years in the rec classes where she developed a love of gymnastics and has been on team since the age of 6. She is now 14. Crossfire is a great place for your kids to develop their gymnastics skills and they will learn a lot of life skills along the way. The girls and coaches at Crossfire are her second family.

Crossfire Gymnastics has been committed to developing the strength and confidence of children of all ages. Both my son and daughter have attended both tumbling and competitive gymnastics for many years now. Under the strong leadership of Lisa, all coaches have provided my children a fun and safe environment to challenge themselves and grow. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun exploration in tumbling or a strong, confident competitive team for their child.

My daughter has been going to Crossfire for 3 years now and there could not be a more perfect gym for her. Staff, training, and values cannot be beat. Seeing how the coaches interact with all the athletes from ages 2-18 is incredible!!! Love this place!!!!

I have am on the competitive team at Crossfire I have been here since 2018. This gym is so welcoming and fun and everyone is so nice. i have made many friends and I can call them family. I have learned so much here. I 100% recommend

This is where I do gymnastics and would never leave. I'm level 9 and Lisa is my coach. Lisa is a great coach and also the owner who cares for all of us. I would recommend this gym to everyone. The classes are amazing from little tots to tumbling and advanced gymnastics.

My 7 year old daughter loves her class. She works hard and plays hard and every coach that we have come into contact with has been wonderful.

Lisa and her staff are the absolute best. Unbelievable coaching and everyone is treated like family.
