My husband and I came in for couples massage our masseuses Selena and Coco were great, Selena worked on my husband who’s been hurting from his back for a while and she was able to break all the knots on his back. While Coco gave me a soft relaxing massage.

This business is one of the very best in Plano! I recommend one thousand times! They are very experienced and they have very good quality massage here! I love the ladies that work here they are caring and respectful for their clients! 10 out of 10 every time!

Great massage! It’s my third time there, I stopped by with my coworker on Friday night after work. Lisa was great as usual. She gave me such a relaxing massage, very details and knew tricker points. Definitely I’ll keep coming:)

I frequent Garden Day Spa as often as possible. I went in Saturday and my normal massage therapist wasn't in. I tried a new lady named Nancy. I am happy I did. She gave an excellent full body massage and got the pressure correct by communicating with me. Nancy is worth visiting. I will definitely see her again.

I really enjoy this place. This is the second time I have come here for deep tissue massage. Linda the first time and Coco the second. Both ladies are very attentive and know which muscles need more attention. Both times I came out feeling much better and like my body begins to heal from the day to day stresses of life. I definitely will be coming back.

This is a great massage. This is the second time I came here. Jun did a great job relieving the stress and knots in my shoulders without the pain that usually comes with massage. The pressure and speed was good, and she checked in when moving to different areas to make sure the pressure was good. I think I found a new home for Massage. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Garden Day Spa. It is located at Spring Creek and Alma in Plano in a good and safe location at the center of a strip mall.

The entrance is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Lisa greeted me warmly (I had called for an appointment first).

The massage room was nicely appointed, The table was comfortable and the linens were clean.

The therapist was friendly. The massage was tailored to my requests and preferences. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I paid for a 60 minute massage and received the full time. The therapist was skilled and experienced.

I will return and highly recommend Garden Day Spa

Cindy is amazing she knew my trigger points and everything. Best ever. Could not feel better . Will sleep like an angel tonight.

This is not your run of the mill massage therapy where they just go through the massage motions. I have terrible knots in my neck, shoulders and back and today, Mike did an amazing job with my deep tissue and hot stone treatment. I could tell that he really knew his muscle anatomy and I didn’t ask, but I wonder if is also a physical therapist!! Anyway, if anyone is looking for quality massage therapy, this is the place.

Lily did an incredible job. Deep tissue and stretching helped work on some really tight spots. Highly recommend and I will Be back.

Wow. This place is Awesome. So clean no smell. I feel so comfortable get massage. First time there. Staff are so sweet and so relax place. They also do deep and gentle massage. I love it. I will go again this week. I will share few of my friend massage lover. All my friend complained other massage place are smell and dirty. They will be very happy I found these place. Trigger point is good and rooms are clean and beautiful. Very good place will come back again.
