Everyone is professional and so kind and helpful!! Todd does amazing work on. He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with, he helped me redesign my wedding ring - which I get SO many compliments on! Cannot say enough positive things about them. My family and I have been coming to Jalin for many years; they are the only jeweler I recommend!

Todd and Tara are the sweetest people you could ever work with!! They spent time working with us to create the most perfect wedding bands!! Tara sent us updates about our rings and they were always communicating with us on the process of making our rings. I cannot say enough good things about Jalin jewelers! I took my wedding ring to have it repaired due to another jeweler not being able to correctly set the prongs. I am so impressed with their customer service. I had two items to be engraved. They were prompt to respond to my questions and gave me suggestions on the positioning of the engravings in addition to being very reasonably priced. I will return for any future jewelry needs. Both items turned out beautifully!

Incredibly quick and fair priced. I came to them on short notice to fix 2 chains without any sort of stamps or recognition of the materials. They got them done in less than 24 hours including polishing, and the total only came out to $30 for the entire service. Incredibly happy with how they turned out and will most definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs I have.

I’ve been coming to Jalin for a couple of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I inherited a very precious family heirloom (my great great grandmother’s diamond ring). It had been appraised a year or two before I inherited it but I needed to get it reappraised and it was so important to me that someone HONEST appraise it so I could insure it. A year or so later I took in my engagement ring to be appraised. When I received the appraisal and had questions, Todd took the time to answer all of them and explain the why behind everything and also checked again to make sure everything was correct. I brought in some stones and gold I had to have Todd make my husband a new wedding band. It is GORGEOUS!!! We could not be happier with the customer service and products we’ve received. Thank y’all!!

I lost my parents within five weeks of each other, within the last two months. I am broken-hearted and looking for ways to feel their presence in my life. I took my mom's diamond into Todd and he designed and made a pendent from the diamond, picked out the perfect chain for me, and I could not be happier with it. The pendent is stunning - and I will never take it off. I am grateful beyond words.

I brought my wedding ring to Jalin to have the setting changed from White Gold to Platinum. Jalin Jewlers did a beautiful job and stayed true to the design of my original ring. They communicated with me through every step of the process and it turned out stunning. Todd has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk with. I am getting married next week, and one of the diamonds fell out! It is my fiance's grandmother's ring. It means the world to me. I took it to Jalin Jewelers to get repaired, and they did AMAZING! They replaced the diamond, fixed the prongs, and helped strengthen the band/other prongs. I cannot express how grateful I am of them! Everyone there was incredibly kind! They did a wonderful job, charged very fairly, and completed in quickly. I already plan to go back in the future!

Jalin was referred to me through my fiancés sister who had no shortage of wonderful things to say about her experience, and I could not have been more impressed with my experience as well. Todd and Tara made me feel like I was literally their only customer and were always available whenever I had any questions throughout the entire engagement ring process. The end result was a more stunning piece of jewelry than what I had originally envisioned on the finger of my beautiful bride to be, and both of us could not be happier with how it turned out. I won’t go to another Jeweler now, and would absolutely recommend Jalin 10/10 times to anyone looking to receive the same level of white gloves service that I did. I I’ve been coming to Jalin for years. I’ve had numerous pieces of jewelry repaired resized cleaned and have purchased some lovely pieces as well. I love that they are a local family owned business, and working with Todd makes it a truly enjoyable experience. I will soon be going in to make another purchase and I’m looking forward to it.
