Update: I came back again due to hitting a curb and they once again took amazing care of me. I'll be coming here for all of my car and family's car needs. They have such an incredible staff and service.

Amazing service. Fast and friendly. I brought my truck here for repairs and they took great care of me. This location is new and super super clean.

The facility is nice and cool to wait in while they work on your vehicle. They do inspections here as well. The location is great off Culebra.

I came in unannounced in need of a plug/patch for my rear tire. I was prepared to sit and wait for at least an hour since I just showed up without an appt. They took me in without hesitation and said it would be about 15-20 minutes which I thought was beyond awesome. As I waited I checked out their selection of books and was impressed to see Dave Ramsey’s “Total Money Makeover” and told the team that I liked their store even more already. When my truck was ready, I went to pay and they said the service was on them. Wait, WHAT?! Despite my insistence, they refused to take my money on this one. Hard to come by people and businesses like this in today’s world. I am BEYOND grateful and impressed by Jay and the team at Belden’s. They’ve earned my business for as long as I shall live here and need to get anything done on my vehicles. Truly top-tier customer service! Thank you Jay and Team! Until next time.

Such an honest and helpful staff! I had an issue with my fuel door and while they did give me a fair price to fix it, it was out of my budget at the time. So Mr. Jay showed me a temporary fix until I could get it fixed and I was on my way. It was such a small gesture but he really saved the day!

I've been meaning to make this review for a long time. About a month ago while I was at work, my wife had found her tire was flat in the morning just before taking my son to school. She switched out the wheel for the spare and took her vehicle to Belden's. Not only did she get fast amazing service, they took care of the patch at no cost. She raved to me about how kind the manager Jay was and it really resonated with me. They earned our business. I plan on bringing both our vehicles here from now on. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Walked in without an appointment at 9:30 am and the gentlemen at the front desk were prompt, courteous and professional and resolved my issues without hesitation. Their feedback was candid. The shop was clean and everyone seemed to move efficiently throughout the facility. Will definitely be going back with any vehicular or mechanical concerns.

The staff are polite and friendly, making you feel welcome. They email and text pictures and a report of repairs needing to be done. I thought this was amazing. And they do not pressure you on repairs they suggest. I will use them again in the future!

Above and beyond is not enough to describe the service Beldens provides. I have been in a whirlwind of emotions with not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. I talked to more than 10 mechanics and all gave me a different answer. I made an appointment online and within 5 minutes, I received a call asking if I could bring in my car today. They diagnosed it and my baby was ready within a few hours. Oh and they even offered to take me home and pick me up, WHAT?!? I mean who does that? I didn’t even know that was thing at any business. My baby drives better than ever! They even saved me 200.00 for a part I bought and didn’t even need!! I can’t thank you enough for the peace of mind you all provided for me and my son!! My second visit was to have an alignment completed on my wife's Mini Cooper. The job was done quickly and efficiently at half the price of the Mini Dealer, and I am assured by their 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. I will be going back to them for other automotive needs for sure!
