Do not go to this store, my daughter & I were I here asking about switching services when the worker was concentrated on more with her incoming calls then helping us! & it was her bf that was calling & having a argument whilewe were in the store! Then all of a sudden the bf appears at the store & I wasn't sure if what would've come of the situation, but I was scared for myself & my daughter's safety at that point & told my daughter for us to leave! Sadly, there is nobody we can report this too bc she is the manager! I mean he could've had a gun for all we know! Please be very aware when a young lady with red/orange hair is working!

Piss poor experience, never answer their phone and tried to sell me a phone with the excuse that they "didn't have any service chips"

So disrespect customer service

They need to answer the dam phone when someone call
