Ascot Diamonds is truly the best place to shop! My now fiancé & I made an appoint to look at engagement rings & the process could not have been more fun! We learned all about the different cuts & clarity, & had such a special time. The team at Ascot Diamonds was very nice & patient with us. I would highly recommend shopping here & will be a retuning customer.

My experience with Ascot has been filled with knowledge and passion for excellence.
Maurice, heavily experienced in his craft, spent our time educating me about diamonds and helped me hone into what I was looking for - down to the 4Cs and beyond (and beyond). This is the hardest part. I cannot explain how much I’ve learned from him and I’m so appreciative of his wisdom and counsel, when, in contrast, I was only pushed for a sale from other jewelers. Maurice told me things as they are in the industry and, after my own research, I found out he was right. In other words, Ascot treated me like family and provided guidance with my best interest in mind.
Although diamonds can be found through any jeweler, Ascot’s rings are beyond anything I’ve found, anywhere - that is why I chose them. Also, Maurice dedicated his time and looked beyond the website’s offerings to find exactly what I wanted and within my budget.

After selection, the process of assembly was roughly a week and a half. Keep in mind, I was pressed for time, aiming for a 2 March proposal. Maurice and Jenny kept me informed through every stage of the process. I received the ring well ahead of time and, to this day, my (now) fiancé is still astonished of what I’ve chosen for her. Although I didn’t get the correct size, Ascot has been more than helpful in advising her (and taking action upon) on resizing.

I will give my business to anyone who is willing to give their time to educate me because that’s what I value most. Because of this, I am fully prepared for any purchase in the future, but because of Ascot’s time, dedication, and action, I will turn to them first for my business.

They were very responsive and available for all of my questions, and helped me make a custom toi et moi ring for my fiancé! Highly recommended for the customer service and customization I received. I worked with Jenny from start to finish. I came in with my then girlfriend and we walked through the different types of rings, sizes, diamonds, and everything to know about it. From there I worked with Jenny directly on designing a ring for my soon to be fiancé. She was always helpful, communicative, and quick with the responses. I decided to buy a diamond from a wholesaler then design the setting with Ascot, the process was smooth and I loved how the ring turned out. My now fiancé also loves the ring. I'm in LOVE with my custom diamonds by the yard necklace made with rose gold and lab diamonds. I've never purchased lab diamonds before, but am so glad I did!! Better color (F) and clarity (VS1) for much lower price and they are STUNNING!! They went back and forth with me a few times with my specific requests to make sure they got it perfect for me. My experience at Ascot was amazing! I went in looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and Maurice was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The ring came out stunning and arrived exactly when I was told it would. As far as price goes, he gave me a great deal and explained how his goal is not to get the most money out his customers, but to provide the best service and best price that would create good relationships and long time customers. I was also in contact with Jenny, who is so and she was every bit as helpful and knowledgeable.
