By far the best jewelry shop. They take pride in their craftsmanship and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you envision. I am so happy with my engagement ring. Becky and her son Gabriel took the time to show us different stones and settings and the turn around for a special order ring was so quick. 5 stars!

Went in to resize my engagement ring but was recommended adding little “speed bumps” in my band instead to prevent the stone moving. The ring turned out perfect, the staff was nothing short of amazing through the whole process, and the owner offered me free cleaning of the ring for life! This is the place to go. Personable and high quality service. I am forever coming here!

I came to them to make a custom engagement ring, with very detailed specifications, but had never made or owned jewelry before myself. One of the owners (and jewelers) worked with me very closely to combine and refine the ideas I had for the ring. They were extremely informative and personable throughout the whole process. In the end he and his team delivered the perfect ring and the attention to detail and execution was perfect. They also included free life time cleaning and stone tightening. This is the only jewelry store I will recommend to anyone I know.

We went here for the first time today. Gabe helped me with a bracelet I had previously purchased elsewhere. Ended up purchasing 2 watches while we were there. Great customer service…and meeting Rose was a bonus. Nice to have a family business in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back.

We had our engagement ring and wedding bands made by Gabe a few years back and he even helped my now husband to pull off the proposal at the store. Our friend recommended us to Gabe for diamonds and custom engagement rings! My boyfriend and I met with Gabe a few times to look at diamonds and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We did not know much about diamonds previously and he took the time to teach us about the 4 C’s.

Gabe worked together with us to design and create the “simple” ring that we had imagined in our minds. He understood exactly what we wanted and was able to help us stay within budget as well!! The ring turned out even better than we could’ve imagined. He carefully explained what was covered under his warranty as well while we were designing the ring.

My Fiance and I stumbled upon Gem Classics in our search for a jeweler that would create a replica of an Edwardian engagement ring setting for us.

Upon walking in, Gabe greeted us and made us feel at home. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he immediately knew what catalog in his vast selection and, took me to the page with Edwardian settings.

He ordered a sample ring for me to try on and then the customization went from there. Gabe was fantastic at guiding us on an appropriate stone to compliment the setting. He was also very considerate of our budget.

I agreed to not see the ring until my fiance proposed which was 3 months from purchase to proposal. I cannot stop looking at my ring, it's exactly what I imagined and so grateful Gabe listened and honored my request.

A wonderful family owned store! We needed to have my engagement ring resized and the store owner and his wife, very kind people, took care of it right away! Only took them a day to have it done and my ring came back polished and fit perfectly.

Gem classics worked with me to convert my mother's ring into a wonderful set of diamond earrings for my daughter, and with the two smaller diamonds I now own a beautiful custom made ring for myself. This family-owned store is truly a “Gem”! I took in a vintage Rolex watch that needed tons of repairs. Gabe thoroughly explained the process and walked me through all of the details so I knew what to expect. After that conversation, I trusted this store to take care of my watch. He not only completely fixed everything about the watch, but he took extra time to make sure it was perfect and did more than expected. The watch looks brand new! While I was picking it up, they went the extra mile and offered to steam clean my wedding rings. Thank you Gem Classics!

I took in some earrings for some new posts to be put on them on a Friday and the manage r was very friendly and gave me a claim slip and told me it would be about a week before the repair was finished. I received a call and an email 6 days later telling me that they were ready. I really appreciated the heavy dose of great customer service. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be returning to Gem Classics as I always have some kind of jewelry or watch repair.

Couldn't recommend Gem Classics enough! They are super friendly and incredibly skilled in their field. Really great family business. Gem Classics was the first place I went to look at engagement rings and I actually didn't end up looking anywhere else because after my first visit, they had already gained my trust. Being jewelers and not salesman by trade made a big difference. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, told them my budget, showed them some rings I liked online and they crafted a ring that was more than perfect. In addition to that, their service guarantee was the cherry on top of an already very pleasant transaction. The Romos will treat you like family, you can't go wrong there!

I'll start by saying Gabe is one of the coolest people I've ever met and he is a true professional. I like that it has been a family owned company for nearly a century, and you get that feeling when you work with them.
I took my wife's ring to get cleaned, and the best possible deal they have costs around $70 and it was worth every penny. The ring was a mirror image of when I picked it up for the first time - I was surprised that it could look so nice!
