Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Came to get an oil change 20 minutes before they closed. Excellent service, wasn't pressured with upsells, and wasn't rushed despite the late arrival. I used to do all my car service here but moved to another area and don't come as often. This visit reminded me how much I miss this location, and is worth the extra drive to receive service here. Probably one of the best and friendliest experiences I’ve ever had at an oil change place. Antonio was quick and very helpful with our services. We got an oil change and an inspection. With two toddlers in the back seat, speed is important and the Valvoline team worked swiftly to get us out of there. Will definitely come back for all of my oil needs.

I've only been here once, and it was a state inspection on my vehicle. There was one car in front of me and l waited a while for them to finish. The staff is friendly and it seemed like they were fully staffed for the amount of business they get. This is a "stay in your car while they do the oil change," place. For what they do (oil changes), l will say that l was impressed at how clean and neat everything was. The reason l avoid this location is because of where it is located - right at the busy intersection of Vance Jackson and Wurzbach. Once you're done, the only way out is onto Wurzbach, and many times because of the traffic, the best option is to just turn right onto Wurzbach. Most people must not mind this because they are always busy. You can tell it's well run and management does a good job keeping it staffed and organized.

High quality oil change. Very professional. Daniel was very knowledgeable and was looking out for me the customer, much appreciated. Price was way better than other places and they did a way better job too. It’s win all around here. This will be my go to place from now on!

Pulled in and was immediately impressed. They had me into a bay and were working on my FJ in no time. They also do a complimentary light, blinker, and brake light check as well as top off all fluids. Employees were courteous and had me out in no time. Actually got my oil changed between appointments!

These guys are pros. I have used Valvoline in multiple cities as I travel and this location has been the best. The manager Diego is a pro's pro. If they show you a dirty air filter take their word for it. Mine was filthy but according to schedule was not due for a change. Of course change it.

This location is great!! Just came from Take 5 after they said they couldn't get my oil filter off. Still took all of the guys here to take the filter off... But they got it!! Thanks Antonio and all the great workers here :)

I have used valentine for my oil changes many times and have always had a good experience .

The customer service here is awesome! The assistant manager Renso was great at explaining what was being done to my vehicle for an air conditioner recharge. The rest of the staff are very courteous. It's so nice to be able to wait while the service was being done quickly and not having to be without my vehicle for a lengthy amount of time. I will definitely be back when it's time for an oil change.

This place is incredibly convenient and fast they also have a great value, especially if you download the coupons the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, my only complaint would be I wish you would stop calling people boss.

I’ve been going to this Valvoline for over three years now and they’ve always been honest people. Today Daniel helped me with my oil change and didn’t try and upcharge me on anything and was honest about his recommendations. This is a big thing as I’m a women and some places try and take advantage of us. I definitely recommend this place.

Now this is how I remember, VALVOLINE! A place where you can bring your vehicle/s and know that your car will be taken care of. Everyone was loud and clear and wearing their ppe, they should be praised for there hard work and for giving a long time customer or any customer the great service they deserve. This store should be an example to all stores. 👍🏽
