The personnel are so awesome here! My 6 and a half wk old Husky was bitten by an adult dog and cracked his skull open, we called to see if they could help, they had such empathy and helped us to deal with his euthanasia to stop his pain. There was no hope for healing, but the way they treated us and our puppy ♥ was beyond what was expected, they are truly an amazing place and I want to thank the Vet and the staff that helped us. When I'm ready to get a puppy 🐶 I will definitely come back for his care. ❤ That's him in the bag they supplied so we could bury him at home. 😔❤

Very, very impressed with the staff and vet at this clinic today. They were extremely accommodating and helpful when one of our rescue org. dogs needed care and due to Covid, we had to send a representative in with her. On behalf of myself and our board of directors at Great Pyrenees Advocates of Texas, thank you! We will definitely continue to bring additional rescue dogs to this facility in the future. I’m also going to schedule my personal dogs to come in for their annual exams.

This place is amazing!! I called first, Kelly answered quickly explained everything and took our info so they were ready when we walked in the door. We walked in scared for our cocker spaniel who needed emergency surgery and Kelly (front desk awesome lady) said “You brought your baby to a great place we take care of this all the time!” Immediately I felt comforted. Someone came and took her right back. The cost was half of what the other ERs were quoting which was super appreciated! You don’t want to weigh money against life with your beloved pets. ER cost is never cheap but they are affordable. They communicated well and were exceptionally responsive. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

I want to personally say "Thank you" to the amazing staff at this clinic! They have great customer service, compassion and truly care about the pets that visit this clinic. 1 week ago we had to lay my first fur baby down to rest. He was my best friend and great companion he gave me 13 great years. Tex was a basset hound full of personality. We had to make a hard decision as a family and chose to come here. Hands down best decision ever!

The vet tech that assisted Tex was very professional and explained what the process was offered us the option to stay with him and gave us the time we needed in his last moments. The vet came in next and also explained everything and respected our love for Tex and gave us time after he passed to spend time with him. It was a very emotional moment, I'm crying as I write this in fact...😭. We decided to have returned ashes and received a beautiful box with his name engraved with a nice felt bag with a little message as well as a letter and brochure on how to grieve and a beautiful poem. The level of compassion and understanding this clinic has shown my family has been a true blessing and beyond what words could ever explain!

The young lady that presented me with the ashes told me she was sorry for my loss. It was an emotional moment going back but those words were comforting and made my day.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you soooo much Perrin-410 you people are the real MVP's of animal care. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the compassion you have shown my family through this time of grieving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic for pet needs.👍

Dr. Collins was amazing. Not only did she give me answers to what was going on with my cat, but she didn’t make me feel stupid for having 1000 questions/concerns.

Service was amazing and the staff made the whole process easier considering the treatment my cat needed. Definitely will be using Dr. Collins for all future needs.

Yesterday my 8 week old 3lb puppy was stepped on and broke her leg. I called or drove to 9 different animal hospitals in SA/Schertz and all had waits from 3-8 hours. Grateful I tried this place last who said we could get in right away (Saturday at 6pm). They took her in shortly after we arrived and did x rays and s wrapped her broken femur and sent me home with pain meds. I have to go back every 3 days to change her wrap and do more X-rays in 2 weeks. Total it was about an hour ish we were there. I am grateful my puppy was seen right away but disappointed I had to wait in the car as if we’re still in the covid peak. Would’ve been helpful to stay with my baby and speak with the doctor directly rather than wait for a phone call.

Will update my review after I continue to go back for her follow ups but hoping for the same quick treatment.

The staff here are very friendly and understanding. Recently, I had to attempt to rehabilitate and subsequently let go of a 15 year old family pet that was really dear to my heart , and the technicians, in conjunction with Dr. Ramsay and Dr. Montelongo, were very supportive.
My family and I have been taking our pets here for years and find that their supportive, knowledgeable staff and reasonable hours really have made our experiences there just a bit better.

Got our Dog Neutered here after some in-patient care. Based on the great first interaction, we definitely did NOT regret taking him here for this once in a lifetime surgery. It was so worth it! They treated pur boy with so much love and respect, and his incision scar was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better Vet to take our boy to! But Spay/neuter only happens on certain days so call ahead to their awesome receptionists! Thank you again Perrin-410!

I’ve taken several of my animals here for care and even had to have some put down. The staff are all very friendly and understanding and know what they’re doing. They’re really good here and sometimes get busy but I feel like I never waited for too long before we were called back into a room. They’re also very clean from the waiting room to the treatment room and the bathrooms. The staff make it feel like you are seeing a very good friend who knows how to treat your fur baby. Highly recommended.

This Animla hospital was amazing!! First time visiting for my furbaby and the tech Abby was so empathetic about my concerns for my baby and understood that thus was an emergency for us and our baby, it was going to be expensive and even though I love my furbaby I was not going to afford treatment so Abby took my feelings and budget into consideration and worked a treatment plan that would give immediate help for my furbaby and that I could afford to pay instead of walking out as emotionally and concerned as I first walked in, thank you so much Dr. RAMERIZ AND ABBY! also they called the next day to check on my furbaby star class service I highly recommend you take your furbaby for the best care and the best people service keep up the great work 👍🏻

This office and its staff are awesome! So caring and professional. I brought my best friend of 16 years in after he had a seizure...unfortunately it was his time to go. The doctor and staff treated me so well in this very difficult time. 48 hours after Dolce passed away, I received a sympathy card from the entire staff..total class act! This office took me as a walk in, provided a free wellness check for my friend and comforted me I'm my time of need. I miss my dog so much but their compassion and support exceeded my expectations!

Staff was friendly, showed alot of patience with my pet. Doctor was very informative. Did their best to save us money which helped me out alot. Thank you so much!

Awesome place to take ur animal. Explained everything to you and price wasn't outlandish. Staff was great. Dr. Meyer was wonderful...good sense of humor. Thank u so much for taking care of Hachi....he sooo needed ur help that night.

My kitten was spayed yesterday at another clinic. But they didn't offer emergency services. This morning, there were some issues. This place got her in right away. Their price was very reasonable. Hopefully, she will be good in 10 days.

We weren’t sure where to go as the closest emergency vet was a 10 hour wait. Perrin 410 animal hospital was only a 45 minute wait so we headed there. Our poor dog couldn’t walk and they came out to our car to get her. From there, it was quick X-rays and diagnosis. From start to finish, everyone was so kind and patient with us ( I was very emotional!). The bill was very reasonable for an emergency visit which was another blessing. I am so appreciative of the Dr and staff here!

We unfortunately had to make the decision to euthanize our senior cat. It was over the weekend and her usual vet was closed. She was in pain and unable to move any longer.
The staff at the hospital were kind and very empathetic and worked to see us as soon as possible. They took us to a comfort room where we got to spend time with her, and when we were ready and had said our goodbyes, they treated the moment of her passing with deep respect. For such an unfortunate situation, they did a wonderful job and made a difficult time a bit easier for us. We are really grateful to everyone there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I brought in a lost dog my wife and I found on the interstate and the team was able to see us within a few hours to make sure the puppy was safe and healthy. Highly recommended for their professionalism and A+ care.

This place is amazing and perfect if you’re having an emergency with your beloved pet. I called three places before this one and all told me they couldn’t see me and my pup. My poor baby was crying in pain, and couldn’t walk right. 410 Perrin Animal Hospital took my baby in, and they were so very kind. They explain everything to you, and are so patient and gentle with your fur baby. The doctor explains everything very thorough and gives you all your options in regards to treatment. They don’t push unnecessary tests or treatments , and the stay very mindful of your pocketbook. There is a bit of a wait, but that’s expected with emergency rooms. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here :)

My poor Bruce was having an eye issue and I was so happy to get him a same-day appointment here. I had called our regular vet and they didn’t have any availability for several days (we’re going to switch our dogs here because of the great service). I couldn’t be happier with the service and care of my pup. They went above and beyond to care for him. It’s such a friendly and welcoming place. Thank you!

I have to say Thank you to the staff and to the doctor! They were very attentive, quick, very kind! As soon as I entered the building the lady at the front new who I was as I was bringing my dog in due to his eye popped out. They took him in immediately! Thank you for saving Edgar’s eye! Also, with the emergency surgery, follow ups and medication the bill was much lower than I anticipated. Thank you again!
