Our movers were PHENOMENAL. We ended up in a scenario where we needed to move 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. It was very last minute and I wasn't having much luck finding help. Someone recommended Moving Star so I reached out. Even though it was last minute, this company made it happen.

Pablo & Fernando made a great first impression. From the moment they arrived they got to work and just kicked a**. Everytime I tried to jump in and help they reassured me they had it, and they did. They got us moved completely In under 5 hours (3bd). I am all about supporting small business and will be contacting Moving Star here on out for anything heavy lifting moving I need help with. Thank you Moving Star for treating us like Family and helping us.

Top notch, family owned company. They are very professional, friendly and efficient! I've hired movers before, but I've never had any that could compete with the level of care for the items they moved. The entire team takes great pride in their work, and it shows! So, I had another moving company back out on me at the last minute and leave me in a pretty tough spot. With less than a day of notice Moving Star was out at my property with 3 people and a truck. They were quick, handled everything like it was their own stuff, we're really nice about everything and pretty much saved me from a really bad situation. Also, their rate was extremely inexpensive. No complaints at all and I hope they will help me move this Fall.

Moving is stressful enough, but downsizing to a substantially smaller home just added to the stress. This beautiful family came to my rescue and every step of the move was made easier.
I spent an entire week with this family, as they packed, unpacked, organized, moved furnishings I no longer needed to consignment, etc… They went above and beyond to assure a smooth transition.
Vee’s mother made us all breakfast, apple pie and detox drinks. She even swept my floors. I was in happy tears over the whole experience.
I almost hated it to be over (almost). They treated me and my home like family.
I highly recommend Moving Stars. They each deserve an Oscar for their respective performances.

If you are looking for a great company with hard workers, this is it! Marquis and the other 2 men got my move done quickly and with care. They definitely worked hard (moved from a 3rd floor to another 3rd floor, talk about too many stairs). This company is awesome and my family plans to use them again!

These movers did a great job for us and at an affordable cost. Ricky, Marquis and Fernando were professional, courteous, and hard workers. They loaded and unloaded a 26 foot truck in four hours, and even had time to help me assemble some furniture! Great guys who I highly recommend!

They were so professional. We corresponded prior to our move they flew into Kentucky and loaded our home in 3 trucks and transported one of our vehicles. They were always so professional. Even through a huge hiccup at absolutely no fault to them they remained so professional. The crew was so easy to get along with. Do not let the previous review stop you from choosing this amazing company. Moving Star Moved my Grandmother who has lots of heavy antiques, glasses and vintage tables. They shrink wrapped everything and padded it with blankets. Before they wrap your belongings, if there is previous damage on the item they will have you verify and acknowledge such damage. The pieces my Grandmother has are heavy, and they handled with care. I was extremely impressed that I rehired them the following week and had them move me into my apartment. Again, everything wrapped and handled with care. This a family owned business. And they take pride in the quality of their work. They are extremely appreciative to have your business. Three people moved my Grandmother's three bedroom home in 5hrs. They show empathy to whatever your situation is and they are relatable, down to earth and very professional. They do a lot charitable work, and help donate to families that are in need. I will always continue to recommend them.

The most amazing people! I contacted them yesterday for a quote and they were able to help move today. I also requested to see if they could move furniture to another location as well and they did it with no hesitation! Super friendly and super sweet. VERY affordable as well! Most definitely recommend!!

Marquis and Fernando were very professional and even came earlier than expected! They were delivering a large piece of furniture for us with a very small entry way to fit through, but they found a way! And they were very careful with everything from the furniture to my walls and light fixtures. Will be using their service again in the future
