We just started purchasing shoes and socks from them. A friend of mine referred us to them.
The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very friendly.

Also, we believe their prices are very competitive.

For those of you who may be reading and are NOT runners...I am not a runner either. I am overweight and have had chronic foot problems my entire life (even in the skinny days, y'all). The team at The Runner are always amazing every time I buy shoes. They are my only source, as I just absolutely love the friendly service, the attention to detail, and the all around knowledge of all their products. I will never shop anywhere else because they love helping people and they know what they're doing. So if you're not a runner, do not be intimidated...they'll take great care of you and your feet. I have never purchased shoes from a running store before or had my feet measured to consider best fit, but Katie made it so easy to understand my options! I love my shoes and wear them at work where I stand most all of the day, and I no longer have painful feet at the end of the day. I have recommended this store and Katie to everyone I know who needs a good pair of shoes!

I can't say enough good things about The Runner. Larissa and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and FUN! I'm always surprised that the entire staff knows me by name. They have a great selection and they do so much to support the running community. Even if you aren't a runner, it is a great place to get shoes and athletic wear. I am especially thankful for all the time they spent with me recently choosing insoles. My feet are happy again!

I just had to add that my son went in recently (2023) to pick out a Christmas gift for me. The salesperson was so helpful. They looked me up on the computer and was able to show my son sizes and styles and brands I purchase and made picking out a gift for me a breeze! I love this local store!

I came here to find walking/running shoes because my job requires me to be on my feet for a long time. I heard Hokas and Brooks were good shoes for that and I saw this place has them. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dalton helped me find shoes that were perfect for me. He was super knowledgeable about the products and explained everything to a T. I will definitely be coming back for another pair of shoes!

I'm a new customer there. Recently bought a pair of New Balance running shoes there and I have no complaints whatsoever about the entire experience. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right running shoe for me and they've been nothing but helpful with answering any questions I had and providing recommendations. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

The employees are so sweet and helpful! We went in with roller skate issues, which isn’t typically seen at the store, but they were amazing and gave us some good tips!

Ample choices for my needs and requirements. My size was in stock. I appreciate their expertise. The additional cost is easily offset by avoiding doctor's visit for "foot problems ". They have shoes for all exercise needs, not for just runners.

If you are looking for a custom shopping experience for your feet. Go see Katie at The Runner Shop. She carefully watches you walk, evaluates your arch, and accurately measures your shoe size. Based on this criteria, she will select several pairs of shoes and patiently puts the shoes on your feet. Then she allows you plenty of time to walk around the store to decide if "the shoe fits". I went in to get fitted for some new running shoes, after suffering with the shoes I bought at the box store. I went with flip flops- bare feet and all. They were super busy, but greeted me when I came into the store. Katie took the time to check my gait and recommended a pair of Brooks.
This morning, I hit the road and it was sooooo much better!! Thank you so much! Katie was great!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while.

The people who work here appear pretty young but they know what they are talking about!!! A young man helped me out and honestly changed my feet’s life. I was getting severe pain after working out and after long shifts, literally, he educated me, got me the perfect shoes and boom!

Very nice people and I would come back in a heart beat!

I had a very good experience at this shoe store. Josh was the clerk that helped me. I must have tried on 6 different pair's of shoe 👞 before finding the perfect fit for me. I found out one foot is 12"long and one is 12.5" long. I appreciate all the help he gave me and he was very polite. We talked about live music and Concerts. So if anyone out here has any free Concert tickets please give Josh a pair.
I have had so many problems getting the best shoes for my feet. I have bought so many shoes and finally I have the right ones. I recommend this shoe store, great music and cool employees. They are very respectful, clean store and personal attention you each persons needs.

I get my shoes from the Runner. They pay special attention to how I stand and walk to determine the best type of support I need to protect my knees and ankles. After trying on a few shoes, we found my best match. I was limping last week but I am walking with reduced or no knee pain. What a relief properly fitted shoes has had on my knees and posture!

Cool place. Very nice. Would recommend if need new shoes or clothing. Also they carry the oofo sandals. They are the best

Wonderful service! I wish I’d come here before all my foot issues. Sadly with my feet being in a bit of a mess finding shoes that feel good is very difficult for me. So I’ve been to many shoe stores and have had to make quite a few returns.

With The Runner Shop and the gentleman Sean (I believe) that helps me I’ve never been made to feel bad for making a return and he’s always willing to try as many models of shoes that need be for something that might work for me. I usually feel so embarrassed shopping at shoe stores in general because of my large feet and foot issues but I truly really feel welcome here.

The associates listen to your concerns, look at how you walk and go from there.

My mom was fitted by a young lady associate that was still in training a little while ago and not only was she able to get some shoes ordered for her that fit and have eased her pain while working her long hours walking back and forth on concrete, but she commented that the young lady was very helpful!

They have a very wide range of sizes and if your size isn’t available, they can always order it for you and you’re under no obligation to purchase your order if you change your mind nor do you have to put up any money to make your order.

You’re not just treated like a customer, you’re treated like a close friend here and I would highly recommend The Runner Shop to everyone!☺
