Alamo Urology Associates

Alamo Urology was able to schedule me as a new patient on short notice after a trip to the ER revealed a kidney stone obstruction near the end of 2022 AND got the procedure approved and scheduled before the end of the year while my deductible was met. When my insurance changed in 2023 they were still in network. I'm still seeing Dr. Satsangi for what turned into a multiple kidney stone issue, he's awesome. Shout out to Jennifer - the office is usually pretty crazy and she's always so helpful!

Dr. Best is great. Excellent bedside manner and to the point. Ladies at the front desk are super friendly. Good hours.

This office is very poorly managed. They never answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails and even when I speak to their answering service I can’t get a response. They have marked no-show for appointments I left messages trying to cancel/reschedule. I will be finding a new specialist for my healthcare needs.

Don't accept aetna Managed Choice insurance which is the only urology clinic (that I called in San Antonio) that doesn't.
