I am an established patient. It all started with my husband back 18 plus years ago. I inherited a condition through the genes of my family and was diagnosed a few years ago. From check in, seen by the nurse, the dr and checkout usually takes about 45 minutes. Never waited more than 5 in the waiting room with an appt. Dr Gregory Buser has always been great for both of us. I wouldn't want anyone else. He is always pleasant. He answers my questions. If i don't understand he will explain it again. We talk about other stuff too aside from my condition. We have been through alot over the years. Very appreciative of his knowledge, expertise and bedside manner. Through his guidance we are both still going strong and hope so for many more years. 🙏

Was seen last week as a new patient. It's a little confusing the 1st time bc of where you check in then where you're directed to go and such for each thing...

The woman that got my history and vitals was nice. Dr Cheruku then came in, I explained what was happening and he told me to cut out all coffee and drink a gallon of water a day. With no other questions by me he was out the door.. He didn't even listen to my heart which seems odd to me. He was nice though and seemed to care. I've done my best to do as he said and will follow up with him in a month.

Currently just finished with a cardiac ultrasound with Jackie. She seemed pleasant enough, not very "warm" feeling though. Just got my cardiac patch to monitor my heart activity by Annette. After a little hiccup it's in place and activated. She is pretty awesome, kind and talkative, my kind of person.

So far it's been a good experience here. We shall see about in the future.

Do all of your paperwork early, show up an hour before your scheduled appointment that is first in the morning, and you’ll probably only have to wait 2-3 hours. Otherwise I guess you need to pack a tent.

We literally waited over 2 hours till someone came out and said our wait was 2.5 hours still when we all gasp for air he says no I meant to say your total wait is 2.5 hours yet we would still wait for 45 min we got up and left. We were just very hurt that there is no respect for our time. Regardless of the why someone should had said somewhere we had already waited for 30 minutes. We are now looking for a new cardiologist

on hold for over 30 minutes this time trying to get an appointment for my father, when I needed a cardiologist i was referred here and this place told me a initial visit where they do nothing is already $670 without insurance. so i can only imagine the price of actually having anything done or tested here. would not reccomend, also why does this place have several google listings that are all scathing and low rated? seems shifty to make several listings to attempt to cover up your horrible ratings.

I am reporting this on behalf of a patient that wishes to remain anonymous. But the treatment that she received here by Dr. Kalife Kuri MD was absolutely abhorrent. She went in to be seen for a number of cardiovascular problems, and needing a pacemaker due to these issues. When she told Dr. Kuri this he told her, and I quote, "you're too young and pretty to be cut open". This man should have his license revoked and lose his ability to practice anywhere! I will be reporting this to San Antonia state medical board as well and I hope that a proper investigation will take place, as I doubt this is the first patient he's ever done this too. To put his own opinions about her age and looks over her medical needs is disgusting and highlights that women are never able to get the proper medical care we need due to sexist and old fashioned ideals by these so called "doctors". This man should be ashamed of himself. To deny a woman proper health care because she's "too pretty" too get an operation she needed goes against everything someone in the medical field is supposed to represent. I am incredibly angry on this woman's behalf and I sincerely hope that any woman that sees this reconsiders going to see him for any care they might need. He's going to end up getting women killed!!! You're a despicable human being sir and you do not deserve the title of Dr.

This place is a joke. Here I am heart patient and I am irritated every single time I come here. Currently I am in a waiting room, 28 minutes now, and I'm the first appointment of the day. How does that work? Every time I come here I her held up for at least 10 minutes by the billing ladies trying to get me to pay for something my insurance has all ready paid and/or has informed me it is no longer my responsibility. So today, a different billing person tells me my insurance has been canceled. OMG!!! Now I have to give her the same speech I give the other lady.(who had her back turned to us and was purposefully not looking back...even tho I kept mentioning her.) "oh!" she says. "Look! She is right! It even says here her deductible has been met. Look...see." but that woman refused to look see. I hate coming here.
Why did dr just tell me he THINKS he checked for blood clots when I was in the hospital?!?!?!? I said ...wait you THINK or your did? 1 leg is clearly much larger than the other. He said...and I quote..."yeah uh hu I did I think I did" smh

Worst staff ever. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get a medical clearance letter. I have to call 4 times in order to get a call back. And it took 3 call backs for them to understand and agree to what I need. After several attempts, the nurse for Dr. Wilks said they will fax my clearance letter. I don't get the fax. I call back 2 days later and am told that Dr. Wilks has now decided I can't be cleared. This is absolutely ridiculous! Will never return to this office.
