Great experience with this company. I'm new to the area and selected them because they had a good reputation online. I was having an intermittent flushing problem with a toilet that I was unable to fix myself. On my initial call to them, I found the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They notified me early the next morning that the technician was on his way over. The technician was on time and very polite and professional. He fixed my problem and answered a few questions that I had. A+++

A year ago, had Denny Plumbing come out to do a small reroute for a slab leak. The courteous and professionalism exhibited by Rob and Jonathon at that time left a positive impression with me and my family. Within a week I started discussions with Rob about estimated costs for a potential whole home repipe, and indicated that next time we encountered a slab leak, we would probably be calling Denny Plumbing again.

So sure enough, about year later had what we first thought was a water heater leak, so I picked up the phone, called Denny Plumbing again, asked for Rob to come by, within a day had the water heater replaced and only then determined that we actually had another plumbing leak. Requested an updated estimate for the whole home repipe, iterated a few times on specifics then gave Denny Plumbing the green light to proceed.

The following week, beginning early Monday AM through Thursday PM the Denny Plumbing crew of Rob, Cornell, Shawn and Jonathon ascended on our home, working tirelessly on the repipe. Even with welcomed rain showers throughout the week, the team managed to keep our home clean from mud, and other debris, removing sheetrock and old piping as they went. By the end of the week, the whole home repipe was complete, including new water softener and all new fixtures throughout our home.

As intrusive and disruptive as one might imagine a whole home repipe might be, I can honestly say that Denny Plumbing was without a doubt the right plumbing company for the job. I would highly recommend them to neighbors, family and friends and trust in their workmanship and professionalism.

The service provided by Denny Plumbing was excellent. We had an emergency and they showed up right away. Denny's evaluated the leaky pipes in the foundation, which had pretty much destroyed my flooring. Denny provided us with a reasonable quote and fixed it the same day! I received a call letting me know the technician was on the way , I love that, when the technician Mark arrived he identified the issues and the solutions, he was very quick and courteous he even wore shoe covers when entering my house, and I received a one year warranty on his repairs, he fully explained everything to me.

Great customer service! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The plumbers knew what the issue was immediately, after I’d had three other plumbers that either did not want to do the work or were unable to do the job. The plumbers went out of their way to pickup the proper part and came right back to finish the job! New house...new plumbing problems. I hired Denny Plumbing once again for my plumbing needs. This time I had to have my entire house re-plumbed. Rob is a consummate professional. He was on time, he delivered his promises, he was very conscientious of my family’s needs, and he showed a lot of compassion for the situation I was in. He made me feel like he was taking care of a family member, not just another paying client. His crew was always respectful, professional, courteous, and clean. Justin was also key in making all of the above happen seamlessly and efficiently. Denny’s prices were competitive but the customer service they provide is priceless. Denny hires the best and seems to keep the best on his team. Like I said before, this wasn’t the first time I hired Denny Plumbing. I wish all companies had the customer service and demonstrated skill level as Denny Plumbing.

We used Denny Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leaking cooper pipe in the wall of our garage. They were knowledgeable and very professional. The technician worked with us to get approval for this job from our home warranty company and both arrived as promised and completed the work in a timely matter. We highly recommend this company.

This is an update on the posting below (7 months ago): We had an emergency situation on Friday evening. The dispatch service promised someone would be there in 1-2 hours. Fabian was at our door 20 minutes later! He quickly and professionally figured out the problem and explained that he would need to return on Saturday with a camera to look through the system to see if there might be recurring problems that he could not determine that night. The dispatcher called on Saturday morning with the time Fabian would arrive and, as the night before, he arrived early. Because we had water on the floor around our downstairs toilets because of a sewer backup, Fabian recommended that we work with Restoration 1 of the Hill Country and even made a call to the owner. That company turned out to be just as punctual, professional, and honest as Denny Plumbing always is. We have used Denny Plumbing for several years for equipment purchases and repairs. Denny and Rob (who have personally been out to our house a number of times between them) are always extremely caring, honest, and fair in their business dealings and in their meeting our needs. Fabian was a first-timer this visit and kept true to Denny's and Rob's reputations. We trust Denny and all of his employees.

Denny Plumbing is always reliable, consistently prompt, and staff members on the phone or in the field are polite and helpful. We bought several appliances from them when we moved into our house and Denny gave us a very fair price on the package. We have been very happy with the equipment and how it functions. Subsequent service for various plumbing projects has been excellent. We would not use any other plumbing company in this area.

I called Denny Plumbing, because they were local and their reviews were positive. They sent someone out to look at my plumbing problem that afternoon. The plumber outlined the repair and provided a price quote for the repair. I approved the repair and they sent a two man team to start the repair the next day. The work was completed on time and for the price quoted. I'm happy.

Had to have 4 of my outdoor spigots replaced because they were old and starting to leak. Denny Plumbing did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work. The price was reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

I used Denny Plumbing a couple of years ago to hook up water and septic to my manufactured home. Denny was quick to respond to my call and was friendly when he came out to give the estimate. He and his team did a great job in a short amount of time. I have had no problems with the work done at the time of posting.

This is the third time I have used Denny's Plumbing and I have been completely satisfied each time. They have previously replaced my water heater and repaired my washing machine. Today they fixed my garbage disposal and gave me estimates for replacement of the disposal if that becomes necessary. They are professional, knowledgeable, and polite from the office staff to the repair person.

The technicians are very professional and personable. They explained what they needed to do and answered all our questions. The only item that could use some refinement is in scheduling some customer service training for the person that answered my initial phone call on Saturday, September 25th. Although she was not completely rude, she wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. However, I still used Denny's Plumbing based on my previous experience with them. In the end, it's all about the technicians. They have remained consistently excellent and respectful.

Denny Plumbing was able to get out the same day, they were on time, and very professional. Mark was knowledgeable, very personable, and represented the company very well. I appreciated that the estimate was free and was impressed how quick it was emailed to me. The work was done quickly and for a fair rate. As the owner of a real estate company I am constantly asked for referrals from my clients, Denny Plumbing will be top of my list because of this experience. 5 Star all around!

After my child clogged the toilet on a holiday weekend (Friday) we panicked. Called Denny Plumbing and first appointment they had was for the following Wednesday which I gladly accepted. Within 30 minutes of my original call a plumber was at my door and my toilet was fixed. Excellent customer service- and I appreciate them seeing a need from a customer and finding time In between other appointments to help me out. I will suggest DP to any and all in need of a plumber. They went above and beyond and I am 110% satisfied! Thank you so much!

The quote for my gas line installation was way lower than anyone else's. The work was completed fast, efficient, and approved quickly by the inspector.
