Juan & Sam arrived on time and fixed the problem, an old pressure reducing valve that had failed. They finished in less time than the original quoted estimate. The price was quite reasonable. If/when we need more plumbing work, Hill Country Plumbing will definitely be the first place we call. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Hill Country Plumbing always comes promptly and on time. They determine the best way to fix our concerns and do the work quickly. Our house needed to have the water lines moved to the attic due to deteriorated pipes under the slab. We have had no problems in the years since then. Highly recommend them!

Jesse and Juan right over this morning to find out why I ran out of hot water, as they installed the new water heater last month. I called at 8 and they were here by 9 am. I appreciated the quick response. They checked out the electrical connection and discovered the heavy 240V wire was slowly backing out the male plug. This was modified and we now have hot water. Great response and troubleshooting.

We had several issues of concern that addressed beautifully. They were quick, efficient, had nice manners and good communication skills. We are most happy. Thank you!

Able to schedule same day service. Arrived as scheduled and promptly completed the job. The two young men were courteous and kept us informed about what they were doing and why.. won’t use anyone else.

Zack is a friendly and professional plumber. The pricing is explained very simply: labor hours plus parts used. Zack came out and repaired a broken water line which got us back up and running. After his great service and price on that repair I asked him to come back and do some more projects. He and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly to install a new water heater, shower valve, and sink faucet. I definitely recommend Hill Country Plumbing!

We had to have a sewer line replaced at our old building (Boerne Community Theatre) to avoid backups to a downstairs bathroom. Zach and his crew did a great job for a great price. We've used them for smaller jobs in the past and I know we will always call upon them when we have an issue.
