Not only is she an excellent saleswoman, but she simply possess expert knowledge. I think for these reasons my mother who was visiting me decided to purchase the classic bean necklace in rose gold. I am beyond upset at Tiffany & Co. Recently I took all my rings (engagement ring, wedding ring and 10 year anniversary ring) to the Dallas Galleria Tiffany's since my rings have gotten looser on my finger after Iosing weight. Thus, I wanted to make the size smaller. 9 days later, I get a text message from the Tiffany saleswoman stating my diamond has "a chip at the girdle of the diamond that reaches both the pavilion and the crown. They can either send an estimate to have the diamond polished and potentially re-cut, either will result in loss of carat weight of the diamond, or they can rotate the stone to hide the chip." In other words, they need to reshape the diamond and make my diamond size significantly smaller!!!!

This is my diamond engagement ring which was always either on my finger or placed carefully in my ring box. I have never injured my finger and have never damaged my ring. How can all of a sudden my diamond have gotten chipped so badly like that? When I brought my ring to Tiffany's, the saleswoman carefully examined my ring using their jeweler's magnifying lens and didn't observe any damage, chip or crack on the diamond .

My diamond ring was then shipped via Fedex to NYC for the resizing. I do not know what happened in the intervening 9 days until I received the text, but when I dropped off my ring at the Dallas Galleria Tiffany's store, there was no chip/damage. Even the Tiffany's salesperson did not mention anything about a chip in the diamond. My receipt also does not state that there was any damage. However, now there is such a significant chip in the diamond, that Tiffany's is recommending to "rotate the stone" so that the crack will be hidden under a prong, or otherwise recut the diamond into a smaller size!

This is beyond disappointing. Tiffany & Co. needs to step up and be responsible for the significant damage to my engagement ring while it was in their possession.

Update: Tiffany replaced my engagement ring. Manager was very professional and helpful. Tiffany is Tiffany.

Went in with a modest budget for my girlfriend's birthday and no clue, even apprehension, about what to expect when I got there. Was greeted quickly and shown the utmost respect by the sales staff even though I was upfront about my budget. I honestly had a great experience and left with a gift I'm sure the missus will love.

Every time I walk into Tiffany's and Company, I'm never disappointed. I'm always greeted with a smile and the upmost professionalism.

Mr. Nazir from Tiffany was an excellent salesman who understood our needs and was able to recommend the right ring. We live out of state and Tiffany was able to ship the ring to us within a few business days.

Had an issue with a bracket that was a gift. Jemmitt the Manager had rd me he would make it right and fix the bracelet and Hallie went above and beyond and just exchanged it. I really appreciate the service and you made my daughter happy!! And you made me a customer for life!!

I came in just to look around and fell in love with so many pieces. Quinten Swygert was so incredibly helpful and patient (even when i was really indecisive). I would highly recommend looking for him when visiting this store!

Customer service is top notch. My kids even get ring pops every time we go. It's cute! They also polished all of my Tiffany silver for free and put each piece in it's own Tiffany pouch.

I will agree that there are very snobby associates here ( no offense, but it’s mostly the men). The security guards are nice though! The key is finding an associate that will respect you even if you’re not dripped in diamonds and Gucci! NICOLE, immediately greeted my partner and I, tried on the item for me and shared with me her full valuable knowledge about the “Return to Tiffany’s” line. I immediately purchased a necklace and she gave me her card for future purchases, orders and cleanings. Go to her!! She respects everyone. I will buy my entire set from her! Buyers, please choose your associate wisely! Do not support the commission of a patronizing or disrespectful associate! T&CO loves its customers.

Luxury service and care. Leticia was extremely professional and welcoming to my husband and I, as I was picking up a gift. She assisted me with the proper placement of a charm that would be added to my bracelet.
My 1st time to this location and it is everything you would expect when you visit Tiffany's!

Social distancing in place, so there was a wait. However, once inside, The representatives were awesome, service was great. Overall great visit today.

I purchased a Tiffany Keys Heart Key with pendant chain. Received excellent customer service from Nazir Charania. He was extremely patient and very nice.
