American Leak Detection of San Antonio

I couldn’t be more pleased with the fast service I received. I had an emergency situation with a water leak and was told by other companies it would be over 5 days for an appointment. American Leak was at my home within an hour. The technician, Shane Davis, was excellent and so very very nice. Explained everything to me so I could understand his findings. John was really great at explaining the process of his inspection. He left no mess at all, like he wasn't even here. Great at listening to what problems I was having in my home and making sure I understood what the root cause was. Also, I get anxiety when I have to have a stranger in home doing a repair, but I felt really comfortable with him, and he was very kind to my crazy, loud fur baby. Highly recommend!

This experience was one of the best customer service oriented and informative precess I had in years. Fabio and Carlos were the best and they made us very feel like real humans and not just another customer. They are very knowledgeable and me being on a customer service business I have to say I was very impressed. 100 percent recommend them and they were fast to respond to our needs. Even the people calling us to follow up were very friendly and professionals. Again can really express my gratitude.

We've been a long time (20+ years) customer of American Leak Detection. Pool = $$ Pit, but lots of fun! 💦 Highest Regards to James, Fabio & especially Noel! I had the dreaded signs of a water leak: higher than usual water bill. I called a local plumbing company who referred me to American Leak Detection. Long story short: these guys are the real deal. Customer service reps are quick and professional on the phone, and they also got me rescheduled ahead of time, which is always great in situations like these. When my techs arrived, I had the pleasure of working with Cody and Nicholas who were both simply outstanding. Both were very polite and friendly and walked me through the process of leak detection. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and their professionalism. Hope to never need them again, but if i ever do they will be the first ones I call! 10/10. Ask for Senior Tech Cody King. Highly recommended! I had a 0.5gpm leak on the property that I just couldn't locate. Cody from American Leak Detection came out, did a quick assessment of the appliances I had on site and then went to work. It didn't take long to find the leak and then to provide a nice, highly-detailed report. Excellent response time and staff!

We contracted American Leak Detection to locate a probable leak from somewhere on our property. We recommend you use them, should you find need of their services. The initial price might seem high. But, the efficiency and quality of their work - especially if Cody is the technician who performs the detection service - is excellent, fast, and hopefully, accurate. I will update this posting if we find that there is an additional line break that American Leak Detection did not locate. For now, we are satisfied.

The professionalism , knowledge thoroughness , and Friendliness of the technician was very impressive. Dane explained the process in detail of what would be done during leak inspection. He did a very awesome job doing this process by himself finding leaks underneath our house. Dane gave us Details and was very informative on what was found. I was impressed with the equipment used to do his job. Dane was careful when he had to remove both toilets and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection.

These guys were professional and communication at the task of the job. Well respected and kept a smile to solve the problems. However the pipe from outside wasn’t repaired due to insurance policy to hear feedback from the adjuster. They wear booties while walking on carpet and wear gloves from dirtying furniture. The team was excellent and very patient with the work.

Guys showed up early, were very polite, and got right to work. It took them all of 20 minutes to locate my leak, they’re obviously capable of some serious leak detective work. I’ll both use and recommend them!

Very professional,very thorough and accurate. I had multiple leaks from my fountain 3 yrs ago that Favio and crew detected. This time, leaks were from 2 pool lights. I highly recommend this company.
