Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Boerne

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Roto-Rooter was available and dispatched technicians quickly. The repair was completed timely and efficiently. They also provided additional assistance to begin addressing the water damage. Their water restoration team showed up even before the repair began.
Everyone was friendly, professional, and offered a lot of great information to offer us peace of mind to address this issue. We will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

The two men that came to do the job for Roto-Rooter were exceptional workers they did in a very professional they were very kind and they were very patient. I would have tell anybody to use Roto-Rooter especially with these guys as good as they work.

Quick response… What? Technicians were very informative, took time to explain and answer all my questions, courteous and worked quickly to replace our water heater the same day. Left area clean and tidy. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing issues.

Had a busted pipe under back deck from freeze, contacted Roto Rooter and they sent Chris and Ben out same day. Other companies I contacted offered to send someone out in 3 to 7 days, but Chris and Ben came over and repaired the problem pipe and returned water to my home same day. Highly recommend Roto Rooter for fast response and experienced plumbers.

The tech (I think his name was Mike) was great; very thorough. We had a blockage in the sewer pipe & our regular plumber was unavailable. Roto-Rooter was there within an hour! He assessed the issue & gave me a quote. I could not afford the price they gave me. I told him my budget & he contacted the office and we agreed on a good price for the services. After the clog was cleared; another guy used a camara & showed me the pipe. Super interesting! I was able to see issues with the sewer pipe that we need to address in the future… I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

The plumber, Michael Angeles, did a great job with resolving our leak in the house. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed along with running the proper tests. He is a great asset to Roto Rooter and deserves a raise!!!

Our 2nd floor bath was overflowing at 9pm. There are a very few emergency plumbers available so i picked Roto Rooter. Efrain was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly, got to work and solved the problem. Assured us if we had any issues, the company would fix without charge.
