Forever 21

My wife and daughter's loved this store during our visit to San Antonio. It was very large and had an abundant variety of clothing. It had sales at every turn and they seemed to be in some type of wonderland. The store was clean and had a positive energy. I enjoyed the layout because it was spacious and you can always keep social distance in this department store.

Great place for young womens clothes. Lots of unique socks for women of all ages.

I got assistance from Angel and he was super helpful and informative! I came in here just looking for one thing and he was just great help! His personality just really lights up the place! I left in such a better mood after having had crowd anxiety. :) Thank you!

I love this store it's super affordable and they have some of the cutest most trendy clothes. I bought some HOT shoes for a mock interview for class and all my classmates loved my shoes I got so many compliments on those shoes that day! They make you feel so hot and they look so hot too. Great deal for great shoes

Great choices for plus size people, way cheaper than shopping at torrid, and the clothes are very cute. The employees are nice and help you out of you have any questions on the clothing or sections at the store. Though the quantity of crop tops is enormous it's a great way to step out of your comfort zone and they dont fit awkwardly.

Large array of apparel, and pretty much anything else you need! One of my favorites. I go there sometimes 3 or 4 times a week.

I like their diversity in their fashion and in outfits. They have from clothes, soaps, shoes, and jewelery. Their items are simple yet elegant. Some are minimalistic, and some are just like a house party took place. All in 5 out of 5. I would go again

Lost a very expensive jacket from a concert there, and the gentleman next to my cashier remembered me when I came back in to find it. Glad to see there’s still honest and kind people. Thank you so much! It was really a wonderful gesture.

This store is huge and awesome. It’s two stories and has a large footprint. I love taking my wife here because I don’t feel crammed into a tiny store. Win-win for everyone.

To set up the situation, I left this forever 21 without one of items of clothing. Mind you I didn’t pay for it but I brought it up to the register with a want to add it to my collection of clothing. I called and after some time they found it and put it on hold for me. When I went back to pay for it, an employee had taken it away to be put back. After a large attitude from another manager, Bob and Gerald were the biggest help with retrieving this little bralette from this insanely large store. Gerald searched high and low till he found it for me and Bob kept on reassuring me and thanking me for my patience. They are star employees and I really appreciate what they did for me, if you ever need help at this store ask for either of them!

A great variety of clothes n shoes like boots n seasonal awesome warm coats n stylish hand bags for all ages. Plus sizes are also sold here at Forever 21 STORE N the plus size clothes are very nice n stylish! Go see for yourself!! You'll love this store n the prices are simply inexpensive!!!

Very big store with lot of collections and amazing part is almost entire 1st floor is dedicated to discounted clothing. Checkout line becomes lil long on weekends be prepared for that. The only reason I visit North star mall is for Forever21.

Melinda was my cashier and she was super helpful with my online order I had to pick up she was super fast and efficient !! I enjoyed the environment I didn’t even have to wait in line a long time like usual and it was busy very hard working crew love this store better then other locations definitely coming back next payday

I can't thank Roley and Amanda enough for todays experience at Forever 21 in North Star Mall San Antonio. It's the day after Christmas and the store was packed with shoppers. I had a very disappointed 13 year old which had not received the riding boots she wanted. Roley went to the back and searched the entire store even after he explained most all boot selections were out. Low and behold, he found exactly what she wanted in the right size and color. It was a miracle. Then when we checked out both Roley and Amanda helped to adjust the price for the daily special I had received when I purchased the original boots. Now that is customer satisfaction in what must have been one of the most trying days of the year. Thanks to these excellent employees and to Forever 21 who makes shopping with them a delight.

Cute clothing store. Always has a huge selection of various items and great year round sales. Diversified sales associates. Very proud of this company's hiring policies.

Went shopping at Forever 21 today with the girls. Marie Christine was so lovely and nice to talk to.

Store has so much. Two floors of stuff. Love the array of items they carry. And when they have sales prices are unbelievable.
