Saks Fifth Avenue

Lena helped me today pick out some luxury perfumes for my wife and I. She was intuitive, patient, knowledgeable of the brands and very kind. I actually enjoyed spending my hard earned money. Thanks for the great service and history lesson behind some of the brands!!!

We Had a wonderful experience! went to the LV counter. Bought my new bag. It was in and out in 30 minutes purchase. Great customer service friendly employees as well, we were greeted with Hello's and Good Morning while walking thru store. Will be back soon!!

Wow! Haven't been in a mall in two years. Went to Saks Fifth Avenue, for a special shopping event. The mall was super crowded, but available parking was everywhere. Saks had way more beautiful items than I expected. The place was clean with neat displays from cosmetics on the first floor, to the luxe designer wear on the second floor. Shopping the shoe salon, Stylist Noe Castro was on point with a great selection of shoes for try-on. They had a awesome selection of fruit, cheeses and delicious cookies, set to fuel our shopping experience. Thanks goes out to Ladies Shoes Manager, Ms. Anna for giving our shopping troop, a most enjoyable shopping experience. We will be back.

They were having their end of season sale. Can you believe they are dog friendly? Mila and Peggy Sue were on their best behavior and got lots of attention from the staff.

There is where I buy my perfumes. The sales associates are wonderful and they remember you by your name. Top class service from Patricia, Lupe and others.
You can buy quality perfumes at other places but at Saks it’s a different experience.

This is a place I enjoy window shopping at. No matter how much I like these items, building a beauty brand for social good had my account all messed up. Seems like I have to pass on these 1729.00 Louis Vuitton House shoes. 4.5 youth is my shoe size of any one feels the need to know

I love going to smell perfume here... Today was especially special as I ran into a lovely lady by the name of Patricia who took care of me.. she was so sweet and really took her time and had great suggestions. I'll be back to see her!

It's OK. Lots of name brand fashion items at the expected prices. Sadly nothing truly original or inspiring in fashion lately. The staff tried to appear helpful.

Jean shopping with my daughter and what do you know found what she wanted with the helpful staff within minutes.

I went in to the Louis Vuitton shop and Alyssa has been my go to when I am looking for specific items. She has been amazing in helping myself and my wife as we have peculiar tastes. Highly recommend these guys!
