Thank you for the skilled team and excellent service. There is a water leak coming from the basement chimney since it was relined. It's difficult to determine if the contractor was the root problem or something else. I called several times to ask them to check again, but I never got a response. I was told that it couldn't be that they were inserting the liners. They work on chimney repairs, so I asked them to come take a look, explain why the leak occurred, and provide a quote if necessary. Nothing

Not that great of a service. Very lazy employees in this establishment. Took a few item in on a tuesday and was told it would be ready by friday of the same week. I assuming this is a legit operation trusted that it would be done by the time they gave me. Common sense for any establishment would be if something is not ready that you call your client and inform them. I arrive friday it was not done and the employee had this oh should i have called. No SHI* Sherlock! Okay kept my cool as she then told me it would be done by that Tuesday. I skipped a whole week and went the following Tuesday (today 03/16/21) and items are still unfinished. Girl advice for you call your clients that's how you would get better reviews through communication. Its a nifty little thing you can give clients. Get y'alls Shi* together.

Never use this cleaners. They promised to have a shirt length taken up & dry cleaned in 2 weeks. It now has been 5 weeks. I've called & checked 3 times. I was told they would check on it & call me back. Never heard from them. They are one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I would have rated them lower if I could. Stay away!!!

Not open at 5:40 on a Tuesday?!
