Heimer KinderCare

My daughter had been to two other daycares before we found KinderCare. Her first one shut down due to the housing development in the area. The second one was just so horrible. My daughter was never happy when we picked her up and we walked in one time and they had her sitting on the carpet alone with no toys and no one giving her any attention to her. The teacher just sat on the rocking chair staring at her. We knew it was time to get her out of there.

Thankfully we found KinderCare! In just one day, her mood was changed. She’s always happy when we pick her up and does not give us a hard time when we drop her off. She runs to hug all her teachers. I believe it’s because the staff and teachers are all passionate about their job. Also, whenever there is an issue concerning my daughter it is addressed quickly and professionally.

Despite of the negative feedbacks for KinderCare, Heimer is the location I can trust my own children to. The director Katie Scott and her Assistant Directors Lisa and Frances have the best interest of the children at heart. The amount of children in the classroom is not their fault - they follow Texas standard. This place is also TRS certified - which is very hard to earn and keep. I’ve previously worked in this industry and seeing the classroom work of the children was very impressive. My child is always happy when I pick them up from school and tells us the fun activities they do everyday. Thank you all for everything you do. 🫶🏼

I know that this place is labeled as a Daycare but it should definitely be labeled as a school. The things that these teachers do with the children and teach the children are nothing less than phenomenal! Heimer KinderCare has great people from the Director to her two assistants to all of the teachers that care about all the children and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Our granddaughter is loved so much. She has been there for about four months now and the way that she has grown and learned so much is the greatest thing in the world for her. She was very behind and with all of their help, she is learning so much and absorbs so much. This great place not only has activities for the children during school but has also had activities after school and on the weekends like the great events of Foam Party, Halloween trunk or treat, and Christmas Party. We have so many pictures from what happens at school and that means a lot to us and makes us smile every day. Communication is a top priority for them. We are always notified by their app, face to face, calendars, and much more. They continue to remind us about events for our little one. The teachers also do things with the children that they make for their families - another way that makes us all smile. I want to recognize all the employees, in particular the toddler teachers, and in more particular the Director, Katie; the assistants, Lisa and Francis; and most of all our granddaughter's main teacher - Ms. Caroline! Thank you every one. If you are looking for a place that will love, care for, teach, have fun with your little one - there is not another place better than Heimer KinderCare.

Our baby boy has been here since 12 weeks old, about a year now. He absolutely loves his teachers and we recently transitioned from the infant room to toddler room. They did a slow transition to get him used to being there rather than an abrupt change. I was nervous he wasn’t going to like it as much and the first day I dropped him in the toddler room he was so excited to see his new teacher just as much as his old ones. He gets his little happy feet when he sees people he trusts so I know my baby is in great care here ❤ I know they do activities as he loves bringing me books at home to read to him and he’s started to sing little bits of wheels on the bus when we play at home. He spends a good amount of time here since we are both busy professionals so it means a lot to leave him with someone we can fully trust! He was also born a bit small and his last checkup he was increasing up to a higher growth curve so he’s definitely getting enough to eat 😆

This facility (family) is the best! We interviewed with them and within minutes we knew we found the right place!. So welcoming and inviting. They immediately offered to show us around even though it was nap time. They wanted to share what they could offer. I know when we drop off our little one she will always be in the best hands. We had not even signed a contract and they offered for us to come to a over the weekend event to meet family and teachers. The teachers (not even in her class) knew who we were and how she was within the first week! That's amazing with all their parents and children they look after. This place is not a daycare but an extension of your own family! They work with you (give you hints and tricks to help) on all mild stones you go through. They really do put your child's best interest first. We are so lucky to have the entire team in our little circle!

Our son has been going to Heimer KinderCare for a year now, and we have had nothing but an excellent experience. Katie and her team are always so friendly and professional, and my son always comes home happy. I really appreciate that they focus on educating while making sure the kids have fun. The holiday events and special dress up days make the experience of having a child at daycare much more fun than I expected. Safety and cleanliness were very important to us when we were seeking a daycare for our son, and from our first visit, we could tell that Katie and her staff consider safety and cleanliness a major priority. We’re glad knowing our son is safe and happy there. We tried a few other daycares before locating Heimer KinderCare, and there’s honestly no comparison.

I am so blessed for this daycare!! I will never regret placing my kids. The last daycare my kids were in I pulled them out due to the lack of care they were getting I wasn't happy once I called Katie and spoke to her she had openings for my kids and I'm so glad I placed them in her center. Sense my kids have been attending here both of my kids teachers are amazing they are so good with them they keep me updated each day my 2 year has progressed I can tell sense he has started Ms Mitchelle' class she is so good and patient with him and aways keeps me at ease. As for my 1 year old teacher she is always so patient and helping my 1 year old grow and adapt he also have learned a lot of knew things as well I just can't say enough how I love this place if you want a secure daycare for your kids place them here. All the directors and staff has been amazing thank you for all you do for my babies. As I know I'm not the easiest parent at times sense my kids never been in daycare so my anxiety gets the best of me but they all have been patient with me & always listen. This the only daycare you will walk into and there will be no smell like other daycare it's very clean I'm always happy when I get reports from the app I love I get to see my babies day. Thank you all for helping my kids grow and being patient with me. My kids couldn't be in a better place. Thank you Miss Katie, Miss Lisa, and Miss Frances and your team for supporting my babies and my self. I love I can call have conversations about my kids and never feel like I'm being rushed or I'm bothering anyone. They make this place very family oriented. If I could give 100 stars I would.

My child attended the Y early learning
Center downtown but they closed due to new housing developments. When we transferred over to another Early learning center, I saw that my daughter was never happy. They never welcomed my daughter and she never wanted to stay. I felt like she was not developing very well with those teachers.

Then we found The Heimer Kindercare. We were so nervous in putting her in another daycare, but it was the best decision ever!! My daughter LOVES coming every day. She is ALWAYS happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. She even throws herself at them (lol). They communicate very well by sending updates about her day! Oh and pictures too!

Being a first time mom and having to leave my baby at daycare was so scary. You always here bad stories and ppl say why don’t you get families help. Well we don’t have family near by and I have to work. I’m glad I found Heimer KinderCare! I love the teachers, I can tell they really try! No one will meet your child’s needs the way you do so as long as you don’t have that expectation you and your child will be ok! I love their app, if I have questions they respond right away. They also send me pictures of my baby and what they are doing that day. It’s given me peace of mind and I’m grateful for each and every one of them that have a hand in helping me with my baby.

Everything about this daycare center is fantastic! I highly recommend for a number of reasons: The communication from the center directors, Katie and Lisa, is phenomenal. Parents are always made aware of the activities going on within the center, which is great because I know what to talk to my son about in the evenings! The level of cleanliness throughout the center leaves me with great confidence that the entire staff is working diligently to safeguard the health and well-being of all children.

During the covid quarantine, I kept me son home with me and utilized the center’s drop-in service, as needed. I now have my son back full-time as I feel very comfortable and confident with the precautions of the entire staff (drop off at door, temperature before entry, staff wearing masks, communication, etc.).

We love Heimer KinderCare and think of the directors and staff as family. How they interact with my son and me truly brightens my day! Trisha and Camille in the 2yr old room are fantastic! My son always talks about them. All are so welcoming, supportive, and I love the pictures and updates I receive throughout the day!

I love this place! My son has been attending for over 2 years now and he loves it. The teachers are so loving and caring ❤. The director, Katie is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to give you that peace of mind.

Our family LOVES Heimer KinderCare, and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very friendly and excellent with communication with the parents. The environment is very clean, with big rooms - so there’s a lot of space for the kids to play! We adore Mrs Frances in the toddler room - all the toddlers have great respect for her. I can’t believe how well they behave for her and how much they learn! I look forward to the daily activity pictures through the app. We love that Heimer KinderCare is a big part of the shaping of our child’s development!

I cannot say enough good things about KinderCare!! The staff here is phenomenal and go above and beyond to take care of my sweet baby girl. My first ever daycare experience was a complete nightmare so when searching for something else, I was very hesitant. Katie and Lisa eased my mind and worries and I have not looked back since enrolling my daughter! I highly recommended Heimer KinderCare. You will not be disappointed. Katie, Lisa, and staff, thank you for all you have done for my sweet Elizabeth! I appreciate every single one of you!

My son and I have had and continue to have a truly wonderful experience with Heimer Kinder Care. Katie and Ms. Lovely provide fantastic communication with me about my son and his advances or problems. He is continuing to make leaps and bounds forward from where he was at our previous day care. Kinder Care is much more education based and prepares the kiddos for school. I am so pleased with everyone here.

My daughter has been at KinderCare since 2019. She started at the Toepperwein location, but then I transferred her to their Heimer location a few months later due to my job location. I cannot say enough good things about this center. They are always so friendly and adore my daughter, and she has excelled so rapidly in her learning. She was bumped up to Pre-K 2 months before her 4th birthday because she had mastered the Preschool skills so quickly. She loves her friends and teachers. They always communicate well and have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Awesome daycare! My girls love it there! I love getting there pictures through out the day! I get to see my babies doing activities! Katy and Lisa are great ! They have been doing amazing events for all the kids! Halloween drive through! Christmas drive through! My girls go running to the door ready to go to school! My two year olds teachers are great! And my daughters pre k teachers are amazing! They learn so much through out the day! Great team!!

We started our infant daughter at kindercare and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyday she comes home with a big smile on her face! The staff are amazing and always keep us updated on what she’s doing with pictures throughout the day! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and informative - they are always happy to answer any questions! I am amazed with the art projects they are able to get the babies to do! Drop off and pickup are a breeze and very organized!

Just like any other first time parent, I’m very particular about the care of my daughter. The staff at KinderCare is exceptional, from the daily pictures to the smiling faces that welcome us each morning. They take all the proper precautions to make sure safety and cleanliness are up to par (especially during the pandemic). Any time I have a question or concern Katie & Lisa make sure to address it promptly and professionally. Most importantly my daughter absolutely loves learning, playing, and growing with her KinderCare family!

We could not have found a more perfect daycare for our son. The pricing is affordable and the staff is excellent. They really do listen and actually take what you are saying to heart. My son has developed an incredible bond with his teachers and other staff members. I never have to worry about him when he's there. He gets treated fairly, he's learning SO much every day and he actually loves going to school. If I ever have a day off he usually asks me to take him to school anyway. After a traumatic experience at his previous daycare, we are so blessed to have found KinderCare. Thank you Mr. JR, Lisa, Miss Britney and all of the other staff members for all of your hard work taking care of our kids!

My 3 & 4 year old have been with Kindercare for about 2 years now. I was so nervous switching them since it was a new town for them but their teachers were incredible with my drop off experience and as hard as it was to leave I immediately knew they were in great care. My sons temper has gotten so much better from the previous center, the teachers are so involved making sure to keep us informed on their activities, my daughter has beautiful mannerisms since she was younger and started kindercares curriculum sooner than my son. It’s a wonderful center, JR & Center director Lisa are both very involved with all the classrooms making sure everything is running smoothly.
