Probably the best serviceman we've had in this fixer upper. Very professional, walked me through each step of what he was doing, and most importantly, laughed at my jokes. He fixed our toilet from leaking in no time flat and you could tell he made sure that he did it right. That's an unfortunately rare quality nowadays but glad to see he's keeping it alive.
