I recently visited the pharmacy and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about my medication. The pharmacist took the time to explain how to properly take my medication and made sure I understood the potential side effects. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at this pharmacy and will definitely be returning in the future.

I've never had such wonderful Customer service as I did at Texas Star! I had an issue with my bill and gentlemen over the phone who was so wonderful helping me be able to get my compound I really need! Also I thought they would be mailing it but it came delivered to my home the next day by one of there local drivers! I highly recommend.

Both times I've called Texas Star Compounding Pharmacy have been great. On my most recent call I spoke with Brittany, I had some phone connection issues but she was very patient and made sure to confirm she had the correct information. Very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive staff. A+

This place is simply amazing! they happily fill all your prescriptions and they are ready to go fast! The team was amazing and wonderful to chat with on the phone she quickly moved my prescriptions over from another pharmacy with ease. I highly recommend this place for all your pharma or compounding needs! I promise you wont find a better place!

My doctor suggested I use Texas Satar Pharmacy for my scripts and what an amazing company to work with. They take the time to answer ALL questions, their rep over the phone was absolutely fantastic, delivery of the script is prompt and pricing is in line with special compounds. I highly recommend them for all your pharma needs.

Needed a compounding pharmacy and used them for the first time in November 2023. I was thrilled at how quickly they took care of me, not to mention their excellent communication. I requested a refill in February 2024 and we did have an issue. Once the pharmacist was made aware of the issue, I received a phone call from him and one other gal who both apologized profusely and definitely took care of me. They explained they were trying out a new system. That’s fair, so I would definitely give them a try!

I picked up my prescription today, and was very impressed with Pharmacist Jerry Chuang. He went over the medication with me, and answered every question I had. Made me feel more reassured about whatI was going to be taking. And going over the dosing as well. Look forward to getting my refill in a few months.

Texas Star Pharmacy is such an asset to have in the Plano area. The team there is always so friendly and inviting. They also carry high quality vitamins that I can seem to find in larger known pharmacy.

The staff, particularly, Leah helped me acquire and fulfill all of the prescriptions that I, my wife, and daughter needed. She was knowledgeable and courteous as we communicated over a number of days and several telephone calls. Thank you so much.

I have to say, all of these negative comments really had me worried, but I have to say that they had really good communication any time I asked a question through the app they replied same day with more information than I was asking for, they kept me updated on every step, and said that it would be a 5 to 7 day process and here i am exactly a week later with my medication that was packaged well and on ice. High-quality, great service, locally-owned place you turn to for high quality compounded prescriptions when insurance companies do what they always do, refuse to pay for expensive medicine you need.
