Discovery Roofing & Sheet Metal

I got a new standing seam metal roof and screened gutters put on my home. It looks beautiful, and I’m so happy I won’t have to worry about leaky shingles again! After already spending several thousand dollars to fix my ceiling, this roof is an excellent investment.

The job was completed exactly as promised in terms of both price and time. My property was cleaned up daily, so I didn’t have to worry about my dogs getting hurt. Discovery had the best price of the four estimates I got as well. Their experience, workmanship, and integrity made this a great experience! Jerry (company owner who also supervised the project) is very professional. Highly recommended!

After having several companies come quote the job I decided to go with Discovery Roofing and here are a few reason why:

2. They were very informative and took time to not only explain the different types of roof but showed me a sample and explained ribbed vs. non-ribbed (no additional cost for ribbed)
3. They were able to point out rotted wood and included repair in the original quote
4. Jerry took a look at insurance paperwork and helped get maximum payout

6. They were able to get me a substantial CPS electric rebate (more savings)
Additional information:
I had Discovery do the roof of my main house, pool house, and water well house. I was so pleased with the work that I gave them 5 additional rent home addresses to see if we could get insurance to replace the roofs (fingers crossed). We did have some rain days in between work and no leaks. After each days work they made sure to finish off the sections to avoid leaks and they also passed the magnet to pickup nails as well as daily clean-up. 5 Stars from me and highly recommended! I’ve already referred them to a friend (Belle) who needed a quote and was told they were way more professional and price a lot lower than other quotes.

Our stone ranch house built in the1870s need to have its metal roof replaced. we were looking for professional craftsmen to do quality work. we found the right business for the job.

He provided a reasonable estimate, came and did the job on the day we needed it and even came back once more to check on the work after receiving the final payment. Jerry is easy to work with, has pleasant demeanor and does what he says he will do. Can't ask from much more than that. Received 3 bids, Discovery was not the best price but during the initial visit, Jerry's professionalism was the difference, in our decision. Discovery Communicated very well, services were completed 100% as described, metal roof was replaced and we were very satisfied, additionally Discovery Roofing repaired my rental home at a reasonable price during the same time, I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. The moment my appointment was set with Discovery Roofing there was a sense of relief coming my way by the professionalism and concern for the repairs/replacement I needed. When we met later that day Jerry shared every possible solution for my home's roof installation. His advice and detailed invoice lists ratings of roof and I am sending to my insurance for an additional 15% discount with them. Discovery Roofing did a great job on a roof replacement at my house after a large hail storm. Jerry was very upfront with pricing and kept to his quote when the job was completed. He did not collect payment until he personally inspected the roof and the cleanup. Jerry was the point of contact from beginning to end, and always spent time explaining things in as much detail as we wanted. He even was able to work us into an earlier date than originally scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. It was clear that he wanted the job done right. I will definitely give Discovery Roofing the first call when I need any future roofing work or inspection!
