Prosperity Bank

I absolutely love this branch in West Plano on Parker. I do all of my personal and business transactions here. I come in once to twice a week. I typically will have wire transfers to do and they have made the process so simple. Everyone here not only is very friendly, but they also all remember and address me by name. From the tellers to the personal bankers to the branch manager, they are all phenomenal.

I have been coming to this branch for the past 6 years. Sheeba and all her staff always take care of any issues I have and I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes . Everyone always greets me by name. I even come in just to say hello. I also refer this specific branch to everyone!

Matt and everyone else has been wonderful to work with. Typically any concerns I have are remedied quickly.

Mathew is great; he has helped us many times.

Showed great service, provided aid in all processes regarding debit card reopening and savings reopening.

Awesome team over here. Will keep coming to see Taoufiq and Sheeba for years to come.

I have visited this branch for many years now and the team’s professionalism, kindness and knowledge have kept me coming back! They are a great asset for Prosperity.

Ie had a wonderful experience with Prosperity bank. Every time I go in there everyone is so nice. I was wanting to open a different account and one of the account managers helped me very nicely. It was quick and easy. I've been with prosperity bank approximately 11 years. I have never been disappointed in what they've done for me.

Depending on who checks you out it can be slow

What a disappointing experience. I went into the branch to speak with a personal banker about options and the guy started by saying, "the bad news is...." There are no options at a bank like this. If you have cash and you want to earn any interest at all, it's not at this bank. I will be moving our money to another bank that has more options.

Came to the drive thru for the commercial access and had the worst customer service. The lady literally did not say a word to me and she looked rude and annoyed. Didn’t say a word when she gave me back my deposit slips. Tip: maybe have nicer people interacting with customers and not mean old crusty ladies.

Staff has a "TERRIBLE" attitude towards its CUSTOMERS!
