Quality Roofing - Boerne

We contracted with Quality Roofing to install a new roof on our home in rural Kendall County this summer. Owner Jon Yarbrough promptly responded to our initial call, prepared a timely and competitive bid, and got us on his job schedule within a couple of weeks after we accepted. Their work is first-rate, and they were even able to take care of some fascia repairs at the same time (the other two roofers we contacted didn't offer this service, leaving us on our own to source the repair work). We wouldn't hesitate to use Quality Roofing again -- although I hope this roof outlasts me!

Amazing! Quality Roofing installed a roof due to hail damage in 2000. I am selling my house and during the inspection they noted that nails and roof jacks should be sealed. This was not the standard back then and I have never had a roof leak. Well, Alex the supervisor sent a worker out to seal the nails and roof jacks within a day and charged me 0. can't ask for better customer service than that!!

Very quick response to my leak. Rafael came to the house and found the leak immediately. He was very knowledgeable and arranged to have his crew come out within a few days. Unfortunately a cold front slowed their arrival date but Rafael kept us informed and updated. When Humberto and his partner arrived to fix the leak they were very apologetic about being delayed. They went right to work and were done in 2 hrs. While on the roof they repaired and caulked some areas that needed touchup.
Very professional and easy to work with.

These guys were incredible! I am a custom home builder and they delivered above and beyond. Travis my sales guy was awesome and I wouldn't want my metal roof done by anyone else. Thank you QR!

2-3 years ago,through my insurance company Nationwide, I had Quality Roofing replace my roof with a standing seam metal roof. The roof looks great but they had to remove or replace some hardiplank siding. Their carpenter made crooked & sloppy cuts and now all anyone notices is that instead of the nice roof. The paint on the new pieces doesn't match the existing paint either. If I recall, they offered to send the same guy back to fix it but I declined.

They installed original roof when house built. Need some help now on minor repairs but no go. No call backs. Apparently they've gotten too big !!

Recently had my roof replaced by Quality Roofing. Dealing with Jon the owner was a disaster. Seldom returns calls or texts and the answering service is a waste of time. In the end, he did not complete all the paid for repairs - shame on me for trusting him and paying upfront. He is now ghosting me and won't return any of my attempts to contact him. My next step is legal action for the roughly $2,700 he owns me. I had read the poor reviews about Jon, but had used him for my previous repair job. Thinking that wouldn't be the case for a repeat customer, unfortunately that not the case. Won't make that mistake again. Future customers are here by warned. Lots of better options out there.

Do not use this company. They installed our roof and we have had coloration issues with it. They sent a guy out to look at it and he said that it was just sticky stuff that needs to be cleaned off. They told us they would return when it was cooler out and have it done. Since then they won't return our calls. We had someone else come look at it and its actually rusting away in spots. It has now been over 6 months with nothing done. I would not use this company as they do not stand by their work

Had them replace my roof five years ago. Within the past six months, there were three leaks.....around two very old skylights and one around the chimney. They replaced the skylights and made a chimney cap for the fireplace. The skylight leaks were taken care of, but the chimney still leaks. They had another plan to take care of that leak, but three weeks later, nothing has been done. It’s raining again, and the chimney is leaking again! They are so unresponsive, and they always have an excuse why they can’t come out. Iv emailed them owner, but he doesn’t respond either! If the owner doesn’t care, why should the employees care? USAA recommended them!

QR Boerne installed metal roof on my house in 2014-15, but it is showing serious discoloration of panels. Many attempts were made by myself and my builder to talk to QR w/o much response. They are NOT responsive to customers and I question their business ethics and integrity. Never recommend this outfit!

It's really disappointing that USAA sent this roofer out to give a quote, then they are not responding to our calls and repeated requests for a quote. We realize that USAA is not going to pay for the new roof, but since they were sent by USAA we figured they would live up to their name and do a "quality" job. We can't even get them to send a quote, let along find out if they do a quality job. We are going to contact USAA because they should not be representing them as an approved vendor.

Buyer beware with this company. Post installation responsive is zero, the owner will not respond to email or phone calls. Recommend you check the current BBB alerts re this company and it will tell you all you need to know. Integrity is not a virtue with this company. Not responding to customers or potential customers is a management deficiency.
