My wife and I went in looking for a new mattress and bed frame for our bedroom. He really helped us out and explained how the different mattress would last and helped us get what we really wanted for the best price. We never thought we could have the adjustable bed that we wanted, on a quality mattress that would help us sleep better without waking up in pain. My husband and I just happened to stop by this store. I saw it said the mattresses were Texas made so, we had to stop. We were met by Brian and he was great. He is super friendly, funny, and had just the right amount of southern charm. Brian took the time to listen to us and what we needed and let us try every bed he has available. In less than an hour my husband and I walked in and out with a new mattress. Great experience and highly suggest that anyone try them out.

I recommend The Mattress Guys Plano on Springcreek Pkwy! I can't find those prices on quality brand name mattresses anywhere else, plus excellent customer service. Go chat with Mike - I promise you won't be disappointed. He was super knowledgeable about his inventory, answered all my questions, and surprisingly listened to and respected my cost boundaries. He worked hard to find options for saving me every dollar he could, but was never pushy.

Best place in the Free world to buy a new mattress especially because the person that owns it helped protect our freedom. John was an amazing person. I can't lower him to a salesman because he took great care of my wife and me. John genuinely cared for us and helped us pick the mattress that our backs needed and wanted. I work in a chiropractors office and keeping my spine healthy is a prime concern and John helped us do that tonight. Thank you John for the great costumer service that you offered me and my wife.

Got a mattress from this place last year for my son and had a good experience. Came back to get a queen mattress today and again have had an excelkent experience. I had a wonderful experience at this store. They had a good selection and the employee who helped me was great. His name was Zain and he did everything he possibly could to get me the mattress I needed for a good price with a convenient delivery time. They got it up 2 flights of stairs easily and they were gone in no time.
