Coffee Del Rey

This lovely little shop is such a gem! The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting, I didn’t want to leave. Isai welcomed me with the warmest energy and crafted the yummiest cup of coffee I’ve had in a long while. I highly recommend the Del Rey Latte!
On Tuesdays they offer a free pour over coffee with the purchase of a bag of coffee beans.
I’ll definitely be back! Very curious to try their cardamom latte next time ~

I was so very pleased with the staff/employees-wonderful people. Also, it's a peaceful place to hang out for a bit, and reflect.

First time trying out this coffee shop. I like their hospitality and smile when I get in the shop. They roast coffee themselves, so it is full of coffee aroma. I ordered cold brew, it is the coffee I’m craving for..

WHAT A JEWEL OF A PLACE TUCKED AWAY IN PLANO. I was impressed by the reviews & ventured over to try their coffee. It nor the staff DID NOT disappoint! Their coffee is so smooth, rich & creamy....just how I like it! The staff are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about coffee & will help you select the perfect roast for your taste buds. Thanks Coffee del Rey for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE; I'll be back!

was driving around after dropping the littles off at school in search of a local coffee shop and my spirit told me to turn into this plaza and low & behold i happened upon this place. just what i was looking for. cute spot. they don’t have a lot of space for sitting and hanging out. needs to be developed more. i presume it’s a grab & go place. anyway go and support a local coffee shop! creative coffee drinks! need pastries though.

My partner and I were looking for new coffee places to try and this place was outstanding. The owner happened to be working the morning we went and she made me one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. (I ordered a pour over of the Dominican). 100% recommend this place!

Met the owner of Cafe Del Ray at a youth event where they provided the coffee for free. DELICIOUS coffee and the owner and her son were the friendliest, sweetest folks. I will be buying/ordering the coffee for our household from them, here on out.

Best Espresso in recent memory - brewed with dedicated attention and none of the post-consumption after taste from "other" establishments. This is a boutique shop for those who want an extra dimension in their pursuit of higher standards in coffee.

We were there just to grab some coffee on our way to another appointment. Kimberly chatted with us briefly. My wife remarked without prompting that Kimberly comes from a family/social environment of the highest caliber. What a pleasant experience!

Cute coffee shop and roastery tucked away, but just off 75. A sweet place to come get a drink! Will be back! I had a very tasty summer raspberry iced latte!

Grab a fabulous cup of coffee and bag of freshly roasted coffee! This is a super neat, independent, small business that was once a coffee roasting company. They still roast small batches on Mondays and Thursdays. The owner is very friendly. Check out the Oat Milk Cappuccino!

Coffee del Rey is my favorite place to get coffee beans, or coffee! It is always freshly roasted.
Everyone is wonderful and knowledgeable.

Love this little gem! The coffee is so good. The only bummer is there’s not much room to sit and hang out, but that’s okay. I’ve had an americano and a latte there before and both were great. We love to get bags of coffee from there too.

Best place to get coffee beans with a variety of coffee origins and roasts! Also they brew consistent great coffee!

This place is the epitome of a mom and pop coffee shop. Very friendly, good beans which translate to a great coffee. I got the cold brew which was delicious and I was watching them do a pour over at the same time as they were making my cold brew. If you were in the area I think it is a must try.

I’ve been working in Plano for quite awhile and after a friend recommended this place I finally stepped in today. I was greeted by Kimberly who was more than willing to chat coffee with my while she brewed a V60 right in front of me. This is what I’ve been searching for in a coffee shop. I’m so impressed that I’m contemplating giving up my Oak Cliff subscription to grab my beans here from now on. I can’t wait to share this place with friends and family. I had such a wonderful experience at Coffee Del Rey when me and my partner visited on Wednesday. We decided to try them after we saw them online in a tik tok. Frankly, we were blown away. Both of our coffees were rich and delicious. It is clear that they take a lot of pride in their roasting and preparation. Not only that, but the people behind the counter were so kind to us. Definitely stop in if you get a chance- they have fair prices, and great coffee. You will not be disappointed.
