I was freaking out trying to find last minute FNAF gifts for my daughter's 19th birthday and everyone was sold out. The 2 ladies working here are amazing and scrambled to help me get exactly what I needed. They are amazing! Ren and I didn't catch the other ladies name but tysm for helping me make my daughter's day so special. 💗

Always friendly (unlike the place Right next door which could care less if they have customers or not). Smaller store but decent selection and great sales!

Jason the manager is awesome! Best Hot Topic I have ever been too and I am sure that is due to leadership and the pride he takes in the store. It is always clean, and the staff is so friendly all the time. Well done Hot Topic 5/5 stars and you have earned my business for sure! Great shop.

This place is amazing I’ve gotten so many skirts and accessories from here. I love the fact that the online stuff sends the way it does. I was able to sneak 2 skirts right past my religious grandmother who would disown her grandson if she knew the way he dressed. I just went this morning and got a bunch of cool stuff on their clearance sale. The people there are so nice and I love going in the morning when I know my favorite employee is there.

Everytime I come into this store I am always greeted with a friendly face or someone with a very great bubbly personality. I love talking with the staff members. There is one gentleman that works there that is always there when I go in and he makes the store 10x more enjoyable to be in (can't think of his name but I will edit when remembered).

I come here very often with my girlfriend. Jason and Raz make the entire shop feel like a place with friends rather than just another store. The selection is amazing and new merch is always being brought in. 10/10

I had being calling around for an item, and this store had it! It was a pleasure to speak with Jason who found the item and not only put it on hold but put it on hold for a little extra time so I could be sure I had enough time to get it! When I arrived at the store Keith helped me out and even told me about some great in-store deals going on! I saved $15! Worth the drive for the customer service! EXCELLENT!

First time at this location. I was so happy to find anything Riverdale for my daughter!! Your little mystery bags are AMAZING!!! Yall were a lifesaver with the Riverdale one!!! She loved it thanks!!!!

Melina was very so kind and helped me with a smile on her face even though it was close to closing time I didn’t hear her complain or seem upset once. definitely going back

Everyone at this location is friendly. I recently ordered online and called them to ask what to do. I spoke to Jason and he pointed me in the right direction. He was very helpful even if he couldn't do much for me short of giving me a phone number and the steps to return a product. Luckily, the customer service person was able to help me.

Great place for any accessory need. High end look with low en d deals, rather you need last minute earrings, necklace, or purse, you could even find princess tiaras, gift ideas, and even have your ear pierced with your choice of earrings with purchase. Fun cute store for young or young at heart.

This is a wonderful HT location. So happy it's so close by to my new apartment. Nikko is an absolute angel and so helpful!!

An employee spent close to half an hour helping us find exactly the jewelry we were looking for and was incredibly patient and kind

Went in yesterday and the cashier named Jason checked out my stuff that I was buying And he told me that they had a sale going on he’s the nicest cashier I had yesterday will be back soon

The staff here works ultra hard to make the experience enjoyable for the customers and it shows. Good job guys!
