We purchased my husband’s truck from this location. We had been car shopping for months and he could not find the right one. Mr Lynn King ended up showing us a truck we saw online after the original salesman we had an appt with couldn’t see us. Honestly, he is the best salesman we have ever had (and we’ve been through tons of vehicles). Lynn took his time and showed us all the extras the truck has and took us for a nice test drive. We felt very comfortable and not out of place like some other big dealerships can make you feel. He shared some of his life stories with us and made us laugh while waiting for the paperwork to be done. He even tried helping us get a code we needed for my explorer. The truck worked out great and my husband cannot be happier. We think Lynn should be recognized for his great work. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle we will definitely try Anderson Ford first.

Purchased a pre-owned Land Cruiser from Houston. Buying experience was easy. The car was as described and there was no hassel with my trade (negotiated from Houston). Very happy with my purchase and would make the drive to Boerne purchase again from them.

Bought what was supposed to be a certified vehicle that came up with problem after problem after purchase... first the horn would get stuck if I did any adjustment to the steering wheel, the touch button entry would not work. I had to take it to another dealer and had to have that covered under the warranty that I purchased for it luckily. Next I start getting condensation in one of the rear break lights and the rear defroster did not work all the way..I bought the car in the summer so that wouldn't have been something I would have noticed til winter. Which again the warranty at least covers that at $100 a pop. I go take the car for its first oil change and they tell me the car needs breaks and struts because they are leaking... mind you I've only put 5k miles on the car in 8mo so how could all this stuff be going on with the car if it was supposedly certified. When I called the dealer they told me initially that the ford dealer where I took my car was trying to scam me out of money and that nothing is wrong with the brakes or the struts. This information came from a reputable ford dealer where I currently live. And that if it was true to take the car to them and they would fix it. But that they would get back with me. Which they never did until I called them back. When I did get on the phone with them they told me they would only look over the car and not do any repairs unless I paid for them. This place has been a nightmare to deal with. Mind you now I live 4hrs away and they wanted me to drive out there. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a certified vehicle from them. They did not do a proper inspection on my car before they put it on their lot. They apparently put their used cars on the lot of the brakes are 50% or better which doesn't make any sense if you are expected to pay thousands of dollars for a car. You would assume the brakes would have been replaced if that low. You would think they would take accountability for selling a vehicle that did not get properly looked over but they didn't. I would never again purchase another vehicle from them and suggest that you search elsewhere....

I've had nothing but problems with my used vehicle since I bought it. The carfax showed nothing but service calls on it. Only later to find out how many recalls it had. I would have never purchased it if I knew that dealerships are not legally required to take care of those recalls. I've had to sink thousands into my vehicle. This is the reason no one likes purchasing a vehicle, as they feel they're being taken advantage of, and this is how I felt in this situation.

Claimed brakes needed to be bled just to change brake pads??? Really??? I'd like to see that in a maintenance manual.
Swore I would not receive solicitations about trading in or buying a new vehicle when providing personal info for vehicle repairs. Within 90 minutes after picking up my vehicle some jerk salesman is telling me how I should trade in my current vehicle. Ended up hanging up on him and blocking the number.
Contacted service rep that swore I would not receive said solicitations and then claims they deserve an excellent review...sounds like someone needs their participation trophy to me.
I'll never buy another ford again! Period

Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the sales person was great. Sales managers on the other hand not so much. I bought a used diesel which I know you take chances buying used, But i was told it can with a 60 day 3,000 mile warranty that if anything happens to bring it back and they will fix it. Before i can drive it 1,000 miles or even make my first payment it through a code. I took it back to them and they said that that particular part is not covered. It was for the EGR cooler. Something that takes time to clog up. They wanted me to drop 4k into a vehicle I haven't even made a payment on yet. After lots of back and forth they agreed to fix it saying "once this is done i'm done with the truck. We will not fix anything else." Didnt think this is how a dealership works but i guess they do

HUGE SCAM:
We took our truck to fix the air conditioner and after 2 months the AC stop working again, we paid 250 deductible and they told us to "bring the truck back ,but if is something else ,you will have to pay again"
No thanks, if this dealership can't fix their own Trucks , I rather go to a independent and more understanding Mechanic ,who will actually care

Gimmicky ads for trucks that didn't run well.
