Anna did an absolutely spectacular job! I honestly can't say what I enjoyed more, the haircut or the conversation. She's an awesome person to engage with!!!

The shampoo and conditioner produce remarkable locks that will incite jealousy to anyone whom you may encounter.

Depending on what you're going for in the style department, I can recommend both the Grooming Cream and Sea Salt spray.

From the second you walk in you're offered a beverage while you wait. I showed up 15 minutes early so I had plenty of time to sip.

I was called promptly at my scheduled time.

Victoria was awesome! Asked me exactly what I wanted and was able to do it perfectly.

Then a wash, hot towel and last bit of styling.

Definitely coming back!

It was my first time in and Gabby gave me the best haircut and experience in my life. I will definitely be a regular.

I live in Virginia and travel to Boerne several times each year, my latest
trip being for two weeks.  I always look forward to a haircut at j.groomed.
This trip I got two: one when I arrived and the second the day before I left
(a trim).  I have had my hair cut by several of their stylists and all of
them have done a great job.  Jax gave me my last several cuts and she is
fantastic.  My hair looks the best it ever has.  And the service from start
to finish is just the best.  I get a friendly greeting when I arrive, I am
offered a beverage of my choice, and have little, often no, wait for my
appointment to begin.  Guys, if you haven't had the pleasure of a haircut
from j.groomed, treat yourself to the experience.  I promise you will want
to go back.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind, they offer a wide selection of beverages, even if you're just waiting for your son 😊. Smells wonderful too, like the sexiest, just barely there cologne. 100% will take hubby and son here forever more.

This is a great place to relax and get a haircut. Complementary adult beverages too! I usually schedule last minute, so I've had the good fortune of working with just about all of J. Groomed's stylists. They're all excellent... each and every one.

The best place to get a cut! Super cheap usually around great clips prices for kids! $23 there is a steal! You get offered a beverage the second you walk in. You get a neck massage and hair wash before the cut. You also get to watch tv there while your hair is being cut! Their products are also really good!

The stylists are some of the best in Boerne. I go in all scraggly for the head shave/beard trim and always come out looking 🔥

Victoria is seriously the goat and a master with that razor. She does great work, produces great results, and is a blast to talk to

I've been here a handful of times and won't go anywhere else for a shave/trim/cut.

Made an appointment online with Victoria, and discovered my new stylist for the foreseeable future. She cut my hair perfectly to what I had envisioned before I went. I've been through barber after barber and none of them have seemed to be able to tame my curls, but Victoria gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten. She also trimmed my beard, same visit, and did a wonderful job. I will be returning to her for all of my future hair needs. There are a couple of locations in boerne, all are easy to get to and it is family owned as a bonus.

J Groomed is an absolutely delightful place. It’s an independent business operating by someone who is highly experienced and cares about her employees and customers.

Today, I went in for my 1 o’clock appointment for a haircut and… I had made it!… Some dye to hide the gray.

They gave me a bottle of water and then after a wait of only two or three minutes I was in. They made me a good cup of coffee for when we weren’t waiting, and I sipped on that. They used a hot towel to soften my neck here and then shaved that.

The neck massage between steps was wonderfully relaxing.

An hour later, I looked better and felt great.

I highly recommend this company. And if you can get an appointment with Julie, she’s the greatest.

J. groomed is top notch. I have always had great service and professionalism every time. I've been a customer since they opened and don't plan on looking around. No need to with company. Julie run a great shop! Word to the wise call for an appointment, they stay booked up because they are that good.

Walking in, this is clearly not the average salon or barbershop I used in the past, but more comfortable, like a den. I was welcomed and offered a beverage while I waited for my appointment time. My time was respected as I was invited back on time to the private booth.
Anna took the time to know me and clarify my needs and expectations for my visit. She shared her vision and asked my permission before grabbing the scissors. She remained in constant communication to ensure the trim was meeting my expectation.
The hot towel before my shave was pleasantly warm, without discomfort. The shave itself left me clean where I needed to be, and the lines were pristine.
I arrived having in common with Rasputin, and emerged respectable... a gentleman. Yes, I'll be back, and already referred Anna to my son.

Excellent service, and fair pricing with stylists that are absolutely top notch! Fantastic atmosphere with friendly reception. Impressive array of complimentary drinks on offer. Particular compliments to Ashley. Amazing barber, and styling skills! Recommend unconditionally. Following a second visit, I can still recommend j.groomed unconditionally. Love this place. Ashley has been cutting my hair for two years. She's the best stylist I've ever had. You'll pay a little more than a basic chain salon, but you get a lot more for your money. My 3 year old son gets his hair cut here as well. They are great with him.

j.groomed is very nice with quality employees. They take care of their customers, the environment is inviting and very clean. If you ever head over there ask for Anna, she's the best! (Obviously my opinion, I'm partial because she's my barber)

I came in for the first time with hair to my shoulders, and I had Ashley, and let me just say that she absolutely killed it!! She did such an amazing job and I will now be going to her for my hair cut from now on. She did such a good job and I highly HIGHLY, recommend this establishment and also her, because she was awesome!!!!!

Best haircut experience I have ever had. They don't rush your cut just to get to the next person. They don't nickle and dime you for all of the additional services that are included with your haircut. Extremely impressed, and Julie is awesome!

My husband loves this place. He always comes home so impressed with the service. His favorite part is the adult beverage and the hot towel. The atmosphere of this place is wonderful and if you accompany your man here the lobby area is extra comfortable and everyone is so kind.
