Super friendly! Great prices on everything. Great for students or new players. We found the selection of musical instruction books and laminated cards to be surprisingly large and varied. They have a fun selection of guitar straps....chicken and waffles! Too cool! The other side of the store is sewing and hand-made crafts. Interesting combination. Support the little guys!

I brought in my step daughter's flute for a repair, it needed to be ready by the following Monday. They got it fixed in two days and it is way under the cost I estimated to be. Highly Recommend!!

Funny signage drew me in and I loved the store. They have a wide variety of instruments and associated equipment, the woman working the front counter was very friendly and the store was very clean. K recommend them if you're in the area!

I had a great experience the first time I went into the store. Sammy was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the guitars and amps. The prices were very competitive as well. It was hard to walk out of there without buying a guitar. I’ll be back!

I have been having so much trouble finding good sounding Acoustic Guitar strings and being helped by store reps that really didn’t know anything about strings. The ones I had been given sounded awful and often snapped. I went months without practicing much because it sounded so bad and I was starting to think it was my hearing. I went to Hillje here in Boerne and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. I explained the problems I’d been having with sound and strings that were painful to my fingers. He suggested

Best sound I’ve heard in some time, They sound Beautiful on my Luna Acoustic Guitar and don’t cut into my finger like others I’ve had recently. We also purchased a Canglewood Acoustic Guitar there last year from Hillje in Flat Black Color. It is so pretty and doesn’t show finger prints and sound beautiful. They have a really nice selection of guitars. I’d highly recommend Hillje, they have multiple locations but if your in the Hill Country and don’t want to drive into the city, the Boerne location is really nice.

Helpful workers & GREAT deals!! I have purchased a viola, guitar, and ukulele from this location and they have all been great quality instruments and amazing prices. So much better than ordering online because you can hold the instruments in your hands and play them before you buy! Also have a lot of accessories and learning guides.
