Mr Boots

My parents and I had the best experience there. This was my first time going a few months ago and David took the time to help me find a pair of boots that would fit me properly and I needed them stretched out. Today I went to pick them up and he knew exactly who I was when I walked in. I cannot thank David enough for everything he did for me. I am extremely grateful for him. I cannot wait till I go back for another pair!

Best shopping experience that I have had in years. Greeted at the front door by a gentleman asking how he could help so I told him what kind of shirt I was looking for. He then asked his staff member to take me to a specific rack and get me my size that he knew from looking at me.
It was exactly what I needed.
In and out in a jiffy!

Went to a couple different boot stores and didn’t get fitted for the proper size and was about to buy an extra wide boot a size and a half to small. Went to Mr. Boots and some gentleman sized me and went above and beyond getting me in the right size boot! Highly recommend!!

Stumbled upon this place after visiting a music store next door.
Excellent, great quality selections on boots and casual shoes. The rest of the item selections are great too. They are on the pricey side but it's what you pay for good quality.
Staff are courteous. I will visit the store next time I'm in town and maybe get a pair of boots.

I have been looking all over for a certain type of hat. They had just what I was looking for. They have great service and excellent prices.

I wish they had more selection of Ariat jeans for men and Wrangler shirts. But 5 stars for the gentleman reminiscing with my husband.

Thankful for friendly staff and great services

This is my favorite western store. Family owned and operated. I have not ran into prices any better anywhere else. Plus if Walter doesn’t have it he will order what you want. Over two years ago he did everything he could to get the sizes we needed in a certain color of Cinch that was discontinued. Which he got all 13 of them. I only shop at this Western Store. I recommend you to check it out if you have never been.

Great service. David was extremely knowledgeable about all the boots. He gave me socks, fit my foot and would tell me about all the differences between the boots I tried on. Other places I felt like just another customer that walked in. At Mr. Boots I felt like I had a more personal experience without being pressured to buy anything.

Bought a pair of work boots that fit great in the store, but once I got to work, I knew I wouldn't make the full day in them. Called them to voice my concerns and was asked to come back in so they could take a look. David was able to find me a different pair of boots at the same price and made sure they fit perfect. I will be doing all of my boot shopping at Mr. Boots.

Best prices in town. Even Cavendar's is minimum of $5 more for shoes and clothing. And they special order without an additional charge. Hubby and I both work out of town so we only shop there a few times a year but they always remember us. Any other place he would be pushing me out the door but here we always have a great conversation with staff.

I have been shopping at Mr. Boots for years! They have a great selection and David knows exactly which pair of boots I have even though it was 5 years ago when I bought them. I constantly get compliments on the shirts I have gotten from there and their selection is always unique from everything else in town so you don't have 50 people wearing the same shirt. The staff has cleaned and blocked my hat numerous times, seems like every time I am ready for a new one they do such a good job on my old one I don't have to buy one. I highly recommend Mr. Boots for all your western wear needs.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a $250 pair of boots, but one of the staff helped me find a pair that fit and felt better that only cost $175 after tax. Highly recommend.

Don't ever order a pair of boots online, when you can go here. You MUST try them on, and David knows his boots. Great people. And as far as price, they have sales that were as good as buying online. I'm a customer for life.

I buy 2 pairs of boots a year. I've bought from so many other places in town, but hands down, the best service continues to be Mr. Boots. For several years, I've been going downtown because it's closer to my house, but my last pair of boots cost me big when the unnamed western wear store makes up their own return policies based on who you are. This is not the case with Mr Boots. Super great service here. Although I wish they had elephant boots. Once you go elephant, you won't want anything else.

Mr Boots has got to be one of the best places in town. I bought a pair of Ariat ostrich boots right after Christmas that squeaked pretty bad when I walked. Finally after a month and a half (of wearing them everywhere, including in the barn and on a deer lease) I took them in because I had enough. I expected them to say "well they're so worn. there's nothing we can do". Instead David tried to repair them on the spot. They still squeaked when I walked so he sent them back to Ariat to have them look at them. I was never charged shipping at all! I got a call from them today that Ariat was going to refund the boots and I could either order another pair or pick something else out. I went in after work and really shouldn't have gone so late, I was being super picky. But again, David was a real pro. He never rushed me or got frustrated. I walked out with an upgraded boot that cost me nearly double what I paid before. It's because of his service and the service of the store that I didn't mind paying the extra. Thank you, David and Mr Boots. Job well done.

Always my favorite place to buy boots, hats, etc. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Ask for Dana and he will fix you right up. He knows boots, and will find what you need, even if he has to order it.

I went in to have my Boots stretched, and I come to find out I out grew them by 1 1/2 sizes. The guy was very professional, I ended up getting a new pair of crocodile skin boots, beautiful!
