It was good. Went inside found what I needed. The staff was very helpful and got me out quickly.

Was just looking for something special to remember my Mom. I think I might have found it, but I was too emotional to make a decision today. No pressure, but plenty of staff if I needed them.

I first came to the store just as a customer and had the most wonderful experience. A few short months later I became an employee and I must say I have never had the pleasure of working with such an amazing team , from management to my fellow co-workers you can tell that everyone goes above and beyond to make sure customers have the greatest experience. Best place to shop and to work !

What's not to like about James Avery. It's a Texas company and anything I buy from there makes my wife happy! This last visit I got her a heart pendant which she loved

I took some older jewelry in, and some new pieces I was given for my birthday. The friendly staff listened to my ideas for changing up some pieces, cleaned and polished everything. Left one piece, a charm bracelet, to be cleaned, clasp replaced, and a new charm added. Was told I could pick it up the next day. The only cost was for the new charm I picked out while in the store. Highly recommend!

I was frustrated with a different James Avery for putting my charms on backwards cause I was left handed and to me it’s backwards.
I wasint aware of the charge and Teresa went above and beyond to make me happy!
She was great and they were so nice in there. I didn’t even have to wait in line!
So thank y’all for making it right!

Friendly customer service. The representatives were more than patient with me as I kept asking to see different charms by my bracelet. Then when we were almost done I asked to see a ring for my father (which most people would be frustrated with me at this point). In the end I was so pleased with my final purchases costing over 200. So much so I didn't have buyers remorse AND my dad got the perfect father's day gift (a ring given to the men who could afford to buy it at the time during a men's retreat he attended but he chose to help me at the time instead). THANK YOU ALL AT JAMES AVERY FOR HELPING ME FIND THE PERFECT GIFT FOR MY UNPERFECTLY PERFECT FATHER!
