Lifetime Dental

I notified Dr Hatchers office (after hours) that I was experiencing some unusual pain with one of my molars. His office contacted me the next day (as soon as they opened as well) and worked me in that day. As usual he and his staff were very cordial and professional. He diagnosed the issue within minutes after thoroughly checking the affected area and resolved the issue. I very much appreciate their concern and prompt treatment.

Great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful getting my new patient info entered and completed. Cleaning was thorough and doctor helpful with any questions I could have had!

As far as I’m concerned, this whole office has hit a home run. I’ve been looking for a home dentist for 15 years Ever since my dentist retired in Helotes, I have hoped for the same degree of caring, and Dr. Hatcher’s office provides that. The dentist's questions and examination made me feel at ease and comfortable during my visit. They were very thorough in their examination and took the time to explain everything to me. The dental hygienist was personable and efficient. Their friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. I felt like I was in good hands and that my dental health was their top priority. Additionally, the dentist answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. This level of patient care made going to the dentist an enjoyable and positive experience for me.

I am most grateful for the care that I receive from Dr. Hatcher. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain all options with kindness and patience. His hygienists do a great job as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hatcher's office for all of your dental needs.
Update May 2024. One hour before the beginning of a holiday weekend, I broke a crown. I called Dr. Hatcher's office immediately. They told me to come in. Dr Hatcher and his staff were focused on my issue and were ready to delay their holiday for me. Their care and personal attention cannot be beat.

Kelsie did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough explaining what she was doing along the way. Since I have a bad gag reflex, she helped me with some "dots" on my ears which really helped getting the bite wing x-rays done. Thanks so much for being very compassionate and very professional.

We have been seeing Dr. Hatcher as a family for a while now. My daughter had some issues with a tooth and needed it pulled along with some other "baby" teeth that her Orthodontist recommended should come out. Dr. Hatcher was wonderful with her. He explained the process and answered her questions and just made her feel comfortable about what to expect. He even called that evening to check on her. The staff is amazing too with following up with scheduling and squeezing us in since the tooth was causing some pain. We certainly recommend this dental practice.

While traveling, my upper bridge came out and Lifetime Dental in Boerne, Tx saved my trip. Dr Hatcher expertly re-set the bridge and I was good as new in no time. I thank Dr Hatcher and his wonderful office staff for seeing me within minutes. What a blessing!

Both Dr Hatcher and his staff are always kind, professional, and caring. When I called one afternoon because the temporary cap came off, my implant post and the oral surgeon couldn’t see me, they squeezed me in, so I didn’t have to spend all weekend with the area exposed. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

My hygienist Gina was thorough and extremely gentle. She made sure I stayed comfortable since I have very cold sensitive teeth. Dr Hatcher was very sweet and patient with my 5 yr old; and he’s the first doctor she let do a full exam. I’m loved my experience and have found my new dental home!
