Pine Ridge Apartments

I just recently moved in and it has been nothing short of a pleasant experience. Jordan was a pleasure to work with during my move in process. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Even after moving in, she was there to assist with any and everything I needed. Thank you for making my moving experience just a little bit easier! The apartment itself is updated and spacious. Loving it so far.

I've been staying here for 2 months now, the rent is a bit costly. Overall, I am absolutely in love. The landscaping is great. I never see trash and grass is always cut. My location is very peaceful and I'm nearby everything! The staff is astonishing! Everything is high priority and they move urgently. I have a renovated unit and my home looks beautiful!!!!!! The clubhouse host great events and I love studying in there.

I just signed my lease And management was very accommodating friendly and professional. Thank you Jordan for going above and beyond.

Ive been here for 2 years and I have never experienced any issues. Very quiet. Maintenance comes out in a timely fashion. I have the One Bedroom Deluxe and the bedroom is a great size if you have a King bedroom set. I would have renewed my lease if I werent moving across the country but I encourage checking this complex out. Carol in the office is amazing & very helpful. I wasnt asked to do this review but I thought it would be important to share my experience.

Highly, highly recommend the Pine Ridge Apartments! Amy, the property manager, has been the most wonderful, helping, kind person. She truly made this experience extraordinary. She was so professional and considerate. The apt is sparkling clean. The neighbors are friendly. The area is quiet. I feel so lucky to have found this gem.

I am new to Pine Ridge & already I must say this is the best complex I have lived in! From Amy in the leasing office all the way to the maintenance attendant! Amy went above and beyond to make sure my move went through seamlessly. I even had a package that was over 100lbs dropped directly to my door by the maintenance attendant when fedex left it outside! My carpet is NEW, the walls are freshly painted & the floors are amazing! I definitely recommend Pine Ridge for your next move!

I spoke to a young lady by the name of Kalynn I believe, what a delightful and professional individual. Even though there was no availability at the time I called, I will definitely keep checking back. That pleasant interaction won me over and I’m going to wait for availability:)

Love my apartment! My carpet is new, I have loads of space, and the community is well lit & quiet. All of my neighbors are friendly and and the appliances are new!

Kalynn was nice & welcoming during the introduction she made the process very easy she walked me through the unit same day when everywhere else wanted an appointment to be made next thing you know I was moved in & the space is 5 stars in renovations & quality for price‼

Great tour. Very professional and the young leasing lady was a gem. Clean and quiet community.

Ive been living here 4yrs now, had no complaints or problems. They do upgrades on the complex, always loved it here

I must say i'm impress with the new Management team and Maintenance service .I thank this is the best place to live .

Pine ridge is a good place to stay,. This is going on my 2nd year here and although I have had maintenance requests about some apartment issues, they have promptly came out to fix every problem. Grass is cut often, location is great and area is quiet.

Pretty good apartment for location and price. It’s low key, as it’s situated along the forest. Nice size 1 bedroom. The pool is great.
