I scream, you scream, we scream for ice cream! Love this location. The staff were nice and courteous. Wish they would give a bigger scoop. So many delicious ice cream flavors to choose from. This location is small but offer big selection. Recommend this location for your ice cream craving.

I called VERY last minute for a custom cake. The team was happy to accommodate and even during a rush they took the time to assist me. They were sure to call with any questions to ensure the cake turned out perfect. I’m thrilled with the outcome!

Our helper, Nicole, was sweeter than anything B&R was selling!! However, the ice cream was 6 out of 5 🌟 too!! (not a typo)

We had a great experience tonight at this location with an employee named May! She was extremely friendly and welcoming! Made a great difference!

Really good ice cream and service

Sometimes, you just need some good ice cream without buying a tub of it. Baskin Robbins has always had great ice cream. Stopped by the drive thru for a double scoop of chocolate in a cup with a spoon. There are many other flavors to choose from, always a treat, whether a cup, cone, or sugar cone. They used to claim 31 flavors, I don't know if they still carry 31 flavors, but I plan on finding out.

Was so pleased to see Baskin Robins open in a Boerne. Great ice cream loads of different flavors. Always quick when we stop in and always happy when we walk out. Today was no different.

Whenever your in the need for some ice cream this is the place to go! Friendly staff and good selection of ice cream. Sometimes a little dirty.

Service was good, could have been a little cleaner but service was fast and cashier was good and professional.

Little tough to locate if not looking for it. It's combined with Dunkin Doughnuts.

Ordered ice cream in a waffle cone the cone was stale happily changed the cone out for another type of cone it was also stale. Clerk was pleasant. Store empty missing items you’d expect to find like toppings. Wasn’t cheap we won’t go back. Super disappointing!

From day one this shop has been a disappointment. Staff has never been trained to acknowledge a customer when they walk in, it has a genetal sticky dirty feel to it even when brand new and they are ALWAYS out of something needed to complete my order, like the right size cup or quite often hot fudge. My first job was at a Baskin Robbins and I love the ice cream so I keep trying and trying to have a good experience. Hasnt happened yet

Every time they are out of something. Even before covid. This time I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I watched her go over and try the hot fudge pump nothing came out so she drizzled a little chocolate sauce on it. Not the same. I said hot fudge she said we're out. The fact she tried the pump and nothing came out does that mean there is actually more in the back or in the cabinet below and like go get it? Or maybe the guy wearing a BR shirt who is just aimlessly wandering around behind the counter could actually supply the counter? I think this is my last time there. 😢

The manager just doesn’t seem to understand what the customers want, I Went last week and the ice cream tasted terrible it was almost a chemical flavor.. staff needs to be trained better they never acknowledge customers
Always out of chocolate and I’m never given a reason just excuses after excuses We don’t need excuses.
We have decided to stick with Parker’s ice cream since Baskin-Robbins in boerne can’t get it together
Please make sure you train your staff how to make a milkshake properly

When I stopped it said for take out on Google, but the door was locked and no sign. Did the drive thru and tried to order a peanut butter sundae, out of peanut butter ice cream. So, ordered a snickers instead and a single scoop of the monthly flavor. At the drive thru door they took the money and handed me a sundae that did not look like their site, and acted like that was all. We asked about the single scoop and they acted surprised. Will not go back to this one.

I’ve been twice. First time out of rocky road or other chocolate ice cream and sugar cones. 2nd time out of waffle cones. How can an ice cream shop consistently be out of ice cream and/or cones?

They almost never have a good selection of ice cream.

Doors and googles says store close at 10 it’s 9:30 and the employees locked the doors already. And they just stare at us outside ignoring us. Horrible service.

Rude staff. Questionable sanitation. I suggest getting rid of the attitudes for starters.
