My selection of Kendall County Roofing was from a referral from a good friend. I was very pleased with the prompt contact, prompt and thorough inspection and quick estimate. The scheduling of the job was done very well and although weather caused a reschedule, it was promptly done within a few days later. The job was performed excellently and was followed up with pictures of the work since I couldn’t get up on the roof. I would use Kendall County Roofing again.

Kendall County Roofing is one of the very few roofers in the Kendall-Kerr-Gillespie County area that returns calls nowadays. The owner, Alex Lopez, is very responsive, and came out to do the estimate himself. He had a quote out to us in 24 hours. His crew followed this up with a quality roof repair in a timely manner. Also, a big thumbs-up to his office manager, Sue, who is a very customer-focused person who kept us posted and really cares about those this company serves. Thanks to all for a great job. I got three estimates to replace my roof due to hail. I chose Kendal County Roofing because Alex provided the most information and was very straightforward. He worked with my insurance when they questioned whether I had a covered loss. On to the roof...I couldnt be happier with my painted metal roof. The workmanship is excellent. The crew worked extremely hard and were very thorough. Their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend KCR to anyone looking for a high quality roof replacement.

Kendall County Roofing recently replaced the roof on my 80 year old home, it was quite a challenge since they had to remove 5 previous roofs stacked on to each other. KCR met the challenge and did an excellent job. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism exhibited by Michael Fernandez , he was always very prompt and returned all my calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend KCR for your roofing needs.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism with excellent prices! We dealt with Michael for our estimate and installation and with Mallory in the office. They were very responsive and friendly. The roof went up quickly and was very well done. We had two small issues we addressed and they were dealt with very quickly and we were completely satisfied with the entire project. These guys did amazing work. The owners are very involved with every job. They care about the quality of work it’s done to include the materials that are used. We have a small house but it made a big difference to us. The roof is beautiful everything matches perfectly. Their prices are unbeatable for the quality of work that they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend them do anyone of my family members or friends needing a new roof. I suggest you do the same. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

We needed a new heater exhaust pipe through our roof. Alex, the owner, responded immediately and gave us a free estimate. His crew did a very nice job, even doing a minor repair on the roof ridge at no extra charge. We were treated fairly and respectfully. We appreciated his kindness and trust. All I can say is WOW! Over the past 30 years, I have dealt with a few roofing companies and I have to say that the KCR team are the most professional, skilled, careful, polite and friendly roofing team I have ever met. I dropped by a few times to observe and to my surprise, there were no blaring radios, no workers tweeting on their phones or leaving lunch trash behind. Their skill and speed at removing the old shingles, putting down underlayment and nailing down the new shingles was absolutely amazing. They are real professionals. Alex and Michael were excellent at answering all of my questions, addressing any concerns that came up along the way, and installing a brand new roofing system on my home and apt/garage after a rare microburst wind/hail storm destroyed both roofs. My new roofs look wonderful and attic ventilation is greatly improved. I went with the Duration Harbor Blue 30-year shingles and they are great quality that brings added curb-appeal and sales value to my home. All in all, very professional, accommodating, and fantastic job all around. KCR has help us with several projects. The team at KCR is excellent fast response time and great work. They have done Metal roof work and shingle roof work for us new construction and also a re roof job.
The Kendall County Roofing company has also help us find and fix roof leaks on an existing roof and got it fixed on a small job.
