Pantego Municipal Court & Police Department

The officers are extremely racists and when they go to eat at Pantego Cafe they should be mindful of their words and the people around them. They charge you 4 dollars to pay with your debit card which isn't posted anywhere in the building and their excuse is to pay for the card machine which is a lie. If Pantego police found me on the road and I needed medical attention to live I would not want them near me and honestly they would try to give you a ticket for something even though you are dieing. By far the worst police force in the DFW area.

Came by to pay my last payment of citation which was 103$ then the lady overcharged me 107$ and I asked why she said service fee which service fee she sounded so stupid she didn't even told me about the extra fee just made something up no customer service.

The staff here act like you're their lifelong family rival just for walking in the door. The job pre-requisites to work here must included "Required Skills: Self-Loathing and General Unhappiness"

Fined me an extra 350 for not appearing with no notice or reminder from a date 3 months old....then said I have no insurance and revoke my liscence... I have proof of insurance...Pantego is a joke!!!

I would gave it 5 stars but they until you miss payment to lower payment plan when you call to request it so you don't miss they turned it down I also lost my job and was out of work and they gave me ten days to pay it in the Kansas they set a payment plan and they let you pay it as long as you want to they just suspect your license until everything is paid off

The staff are rude and they are very money hungry charging extra for dumb reasons.

I called 4 times and they never answered the phone, when I was getting mail about a court date when I paid my ticket. HORRIBLE service!!

I have been trying to get a court date for my ticket but no one seems to answer the phone I tried paying my ticket to but they say they can’t find my name

This goes with Dalworthington Gardens as well. Rude staff and making to much money for what they do.

Should not even be a city, poor handling of services
