The last review does not mention he was told because of the expected rain Robert didn’t want to set up. He did not understand the amount of water that will get in the seams of a bounce house or know what it takes to get the water out of the inside of the bounce house. His offer to put it in the garage and take it out if weather permitted sounds good. But the bounce house is over 250 lbs and must be secured. We don’t want the liability if someone is injured.

Great experience using them for a party last weekend! They were prompt on dropping off and picking up and very reasonably priced, will definitely be using them again for the next party!!

Rented a castle jump, tables, and chairs for my grandson's birthday party. Weather was a little bit unpredictable. They came out and delivered the chairs and tables as the party was inside. Then once we knew the weather was going to be okay, they returned and inflated the castle jump. Returned following day to retrieve all their stuff. Very decent price and wonderful individuals. We've dealt with this company before under the old owners. Very glad that the new owners have not only met but exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great work and will recommend and use you for all future needs.

Very professional and hard working group. I'm fixing to hire them again for my son's party. I will be recommending them to all the parents I know.

We rented a bounce house for my nephews party and had so much fun! The delivery people were great and it was money well spent! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly

Reserved a bounce house for my son’s birthday party as the business is right down the street. Just called to confirm the reservation, and was told it most likely wouldn’t be delivered due to a chance of rain. I, ever the problem solver and solution finder, asked about picking it up myself, and storing it in the garage until the party so if it rains it wouldn’t get erected and therefore wouldn’t get wet. To that, ‘R’ (the owner, don’t wanna use his real name) said, “You know what? Your reservation’s now cancelled.” and then he hung up on me.

I drove over to smooth out this obvious miscommunication, but turns out ‘R’ is just plum rude and completely unreasonable. To give the benefit of the doubt, it’s possible (however unlikely) that I caught him at a bad time, but my sense of people paints him the type that looks for any reason to be outraged (you know the type—the ones that act like every single person and situation is designed for the express purpose of making their lives harder).

Whatever the reason, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing business with and/or inviting him into my home. Certainly will no longer be a patron of or recommend Caro Party Rentals to anyone.

My wife and I tried to rent tables and chairs from this company for our wedding in 2022 as well as a margarita machine. He was very rude and abrupt on the phone. I found him to be very combative. Needless to say we went to another company which was willing to accommodate us.
