Before the service here was subpar in previous years....but im So amazed at the genuine assistance and customer care that Nicole Rabbers (Niki) has provided over the past few months. Initially she helped me promptly and asked all the questions to find the best policy for me. And was impressed then with her service. . . but over the months she goes above and beyond to make sure I have my questions answered and makes it easier for me to understand things.I appreciate her business.
