Dave saves all the hassle with shopping around for insurance. I’ve had no issues with him has alerted me to better deals at the end of policies. I’ve never had to file a claim so I can’t remark on how well that would go but he has been my agent for years.

I was a client of Dave Rueck's for almost twenty years. First when he was associated with a national insurance company, the last dozen years he was an independent insurance agent with access to half a dozen insurance portfolios. My experience with Dave was always positive. He was always there when I had a question or needed an extra insurance ID for a vehicle. One time my insurance went up about 30% and I called Dave and discussed what was going on. I had no claims, but Dave calmly explained that this particular company was raising rates on everyone. He suggested that he would look at other companies and get my rates lowered, which he did rather quickly. I would still be with Dave Rueck, but we moved to another State. When our big insurance company notified us they were increasing our auto rates, we went to another big agency. Then they increased our homeowners insurance, too and we decided to see what else was out there. Dave came highly recommended from a family member and I'm SO grateful.

I was a customer of a different Insurance Agency for almost 20 years. In 2019, my homeowner's insurance rates increased dramatically, despite no claims, ever. I requested a review of replacement value, and removal of coverage for out buildings (I have none), jewellry and other high value items (I have none), but nothing came of it, so the policy was renewed. I contacted them, got an immediate response and Dave Rueck was able to get me coverage for home and auto that fit my needs perfectly and saves me $700 per year. My previous policies had various discounts that were very generous (no claims, multiple safety features etc.) but was still way overpriced.

First, the quote prices from different agencies are lower than all the other insurance agencies in the CU area for the exact same coverage. I think they work hard to get every possible discount for you, because it really shows in the monthly bill! Second, the communication is great for whatever you need. If you can't visit in person, expect an e-mail to be answered very, very quickly. Third, they are incredibly helpful and kind. When our house was broken into, Dave took the time to lead us through all the filing steps until the insurance agency took over. Top-notch service and quality; we really appreciate all the hard work they did for us!
