Pizza Hut

We called in an order and did a drive up pickup
Customer service was great
It was ready on time
Hand tossed crust is a must try
We did get pepperoni and cheese on one and one with sausage ,mushrooms, and bellpepper,
We also got boneless sweet chili chicken
All of it was hot, fresh, and very good 👍
We will be going back again soon

Waitress was super sweet! Was really bad weather.but they were very nice and polite!

The Detroit Style pizza could be on Diners, Drive Inns & Dives. The sauce is amazing, the crust has cheese all the way to the edge...Sauce down the middle...Honestly the best pizza that I've ever ate...The crew at Metropolis Pizza Hut are super nice as well... This is my cheat meal.. I hope they put it permanently in the menu some day.

Placed an order for pickup, a couple hours in advance. Ended up waiting in the drive through for 10-15 minutes while the food finished baking. I wasn't upset, I was just enjoying the beautiful spring weather. When the lady came to the window, she thanked me for waiting and informed me that they threw in extra bread sticks! I was thrilled.

Quiet, spacious, most modern Pizza Hut dine-in I have experienced. Very clean and wonderful service. The buffet (Thursday at lunch) was coming hot and while we ate three new pizzas came out, all with multiple toppings. Pasta with red sauce and a light salad. At round out the menu.

The food is good Pizza Hut. Everyone reading this knows what that tastes like. The only negative reviews I have read are people asking them to change the recipe.

I love Pizza Hut and I just got an order of Cheesy Bread which is my favorite thing there. I sometimes have my grandson and we order pizza because he loves it. I live a short distance from the Metropolis IL one so I usually pick it up.

Both the detroit style and the beyond have been amazing! The manager on duty is always so friendly and personable. You can tell that he really cared about quality and interaction.

1:You seat yourself
2: we get busy, you are our priority, but so is everyone else in the store
3: if you get mad about service being slow, look at our screen, they are full? We are BUSY! Give us some time to get it together!
4: our buffet pizza are cut small to feed more peope, grab multiple pieces.
5: you can request a pizza to be put out on the buffet, we will either tell you its out our bring it to your table.
6: we dont delivery 1pm-4pm everyday, don't get mad about it. Its what we always do.
7: we clean like there is no tomorrow!
8: we read these🤦 bashing us is not going to help, telling us what we can inprove in a nice way will. Management had changed over the last months or so, adjustment is needed. Please be kind to us and we will always be kind to you. Thank you!

The McCook Pizza Hut always serves their food hot, they have a good selection of buffet items, Monday-Saturday noon. The staff is friendly and patient. We love this particular store.

Pizza was hot and cooked just the way we like it, and the cinnamon buns were great, and the calzone sandwich was perfect,, I have never ordered from Pizza Hut before, but now when I want pizza I will order from you,

I truly enjoy Pizza Hut pizza and breadsticks. I am not a huge fan of their buffet, but will eat it now and again. Sadly my family is not a big fan of the food so I don't get to eat here much.

Might have been the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve had. If they could work on the ambience and bring back some old school flare this place would really bring back the memories. Pizza and breadsticks were both amazing and i usually hate chain pizza

Awesome food, fresh & service was superb! Charles was amazing, called aheadfor our group of 12 & he set a table for our group. So personable, cant say enough good things!

Was a good meal! Food was prepared well, and to a standard I would expect from Pizzahut (which is an above-standard pizza). Location was clean and staff were amiable and present.
