I just moved into one of their properties in Lake Mills. The staff has been nothing but courteous and attentive. Starting with Brentt and working with Jenny, Kim and Dave, it's been a great experience. They have been a pleasure to work with.

Me and parents have lived in their palmyra apartments for 21 years! And they’re always great just applied their recently for my own apartment!! Hopefully it turns out good 21 years and never had any issues with them!

Hi! So my fiancee and I have been renting here for over a year and a half now; our landlady Angelica is so helpful and BEYOND responsive! I have been messaging her about small things over the last few weeks and she has been on top of it, and she is so nice💖
The apartments are AMAZING by the way; amazing value for what you get, as well as being super well taken care of. The sidewalks and driveways were always plowed in the winter, and even some of the residents will go out of their way and help around the grounds if they see anything out of place (myself included). Overall, 10/10 for sure, I would say the BEST experience with renting i have ever had💖😌

We have lived here for over 15 years and since Johnson and Hellekson took over as property managers, there have been many, many improvements to the interiors as well as the exterior of the buildings/property. We have one of the older units with original, outdated carpet and linoleum and have been offered to upgrade if we want. Any issues that we have had (I can count on one hand!) have been handled extremely quick and have also been followed up on. They work with you if you have any issues - open communication and honesty go a long way! The resident portal makes it super easy and efficient to pay rent, set up maintenance orders or even just to drop a quick note…..I would highly recommend renting from these guys- you can tell that they take pride in their properties as well as taking care of their tenants :)

I’ve lived in one of their rentals for 5 years and have no complaints. I pay my rent on time and put in maintenance request to make sure I keep their property in good condition. In return, they're very responsive and prompt with maintenance repairs. Jeff is very courteous. He comes out and gets the job done right the first time. I never come home to a mess because he makes sure it he cleans up after the repairs and always follows up with me after to let me know what he did.

I lived at Pine Tree for 8 months and I have had a very good experience. Upon moving in there was new carpeting, new laminate floors, a new oven, and a new chandelier installed in my dining area. It looked beautiful. Recently I had maintenance done on the inside parts of the toilet. I made the request to Angelica and the same day the parts were fixed neatly and promptly. It was easy to communicate with Angelica. She is pleasant, prompt, and courteous. She is willing to answer any questions that I have . I enjoy living here.

We've rented from J&H for 5.5 years. Never had a problem with them. We had an issue with our stove and two days later they were here with a new stove. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love the way they screen their renters. We've had amazing neighbors. I was sad when i told Kim at the office that we bought a house because they've been so awesome. All you have to do is pay rent in full on time, keep your yard up and be just good people and you'll be fine.

My wife and I live here in the Primrose apartments in FDL and absolutely love it, we tell all our friends to move here when we hear they’re looking for a place. Angelica the property manager has always been incredibly helpful anytime we message her with any concern or random question from emergencies to forgetting our garage code. The apartments are really nice and in a quiet suburb, walls are thick so you can’t hear neighbors, we love it here! Definitely an upgrade from our last place and with a very helpful landlady.

They are a great property management company. I rent a townhouse from them. I love it, lived here for the last 6 years and would recommend them to my friends and family. If you have a maintenance issue, they respond within 24 hours or less.

Redwood Ln townhouses are a quiet neighborhood. I love living here. Great company to rent from.

My husband and I rented from J and H for 4 years. I dont have a complaint in the world. Always responsive, our manager and maintenance personnel are very nice and professional. Timely responses to requests, willing to work with tennants on payments, as well as up to date and up kept units. I would, without a doubt, reccomend them and go back to one of their apartments if I needed to live in an apartment again.

My wife and I have lived at Primrose apartments for 8 + years in Fond du Lac. Jeff, and the office Personnel are awesome people. Angelica the manager goes out of her way to help anyone and everyone. She is an excellent manager. As far as the maintenance staff J is very prompt courteous does the job excellent people my wife and I have never had any complaints the staff at helgerson and Johnson are excellent people I recommend anybody to run from these people. They are very nice Apartments quiet. Contact Angelica for showing. She's an awesome manager. And Jey the maintenance man is an excellent guy.

I’ve been renting for almost a year now and just renewed my lease for another in the Fond du lac area apartments. My landlord is very responsive and I feel like she really cares about her tenants! Any issues I’ve had, had been handled in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them!

I have spent 3 years or so at Woodfield Apartments. The on-site management is one of kind. The sidewalks are cleaned. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. The ownership has been a pleasure to deal with.

They have been compassionate. We lost a very dear family member and was late on rent, we simply forgot. Ownership called me personally and asked how were holding up. They gently reminded me rent was late. When I inquired as to the late fee (fully expecting to pay) they waived it given the circumstances.

We have had a couple appliance issues and they were handled immediately. Snow removal on the sidewalks is impeccable. The driveway plow seems to put these apartments pretty low on their list. Arriving at oddball times. Often several hours after a good snow. I'm pretty sure it's a 3rd party company though. The grounds are maintained very nicely. I frequently used the available outdoor grill. There are usually different flowers and some nice plants each spring. New flowers are brought out correlating to the season.

99% of my neighbors were awesome. Almost all are friendly and polite. None were rude or obnoxious.

Parking is abundant and I've never had an issue.

Storage inside the apartment is plentiful. In a 2 bed 2 bath apt. We have 5 closets. The smallest being the linen (which is still able to hold all things related to toiletries, linens, and some other random things.

We were intending to stay there until we purchased a house, however an opportunity arose and we have moved out of state. Should we ever find a need for an apartment within 45 minutes of Watertown again, this would be my first stop.

I rented one of the Woodfield Apartments for over a year with one of my friends, and we had a great experience with the management. Whenever something needed to be fixed, they were prompt about getting it done. They were also great about tracking us down to get our security deposit back to us, even though we had both gotten married, changed our names, and moved away. Everyone at the main office was great to work with.

We have lived in a Johnson & Hellekson Property for the past 4 years and very pleased. Very responsive to any time we needed something fixed. Love the fact they don't charge extra for a garage and reasonable pet fees. We aren't getting younger so this was a perfect fit for us.

I have lived in 2 of the properties j&h manages. Very positive experience. They are very open to communicating any issues and Angelica is always very prompt in getting in touch with regards to anything.

I just wanted to thank everyone there at J & H for all the help these last 10 years and for making my stay in Lake Mills and especially this apartment complex so enjoyable! You run a tight ship and I hope my new apartment complex is run with the same type of professionalism as everyone at J & H has constantly shown here.

Never had any issues with J&H as property managers. Emails were promptly responded to, and the teams was pleasant to work with.

I have lived in the meadow creek Apts in Johnson creek for a few years now and I love it. Rick and tracia are always on top of things. They are always busy working around the buildings and always there if you need something. They're very friendly and I have recommended meadow creek to anyone looking for a place. :)

Love living here property manager is very friendly and responds right away to any questions or concerns I have. If something breaks or isn’t working properly she always gets someone there that day or next day to fix it . Would recommended renting with them
