I've bought "trail" shoes, hikers, and slippers from here and have no desire to buy elsewhere. The selection AND the customer service is beyond excellent.

I recently had a strap break on my hiking boots. I bought them almost a year ago and only got 5 hikes out of them. I went in only hoping they'd help me out with a warranty claim to Keen, but they said they would exchange them for me through Keen. That level of service is hard to beat and is GREATLY appreciated.

I've been going there for many years. Quality shoes and service. Sometimes I score on a sale pair, but other times I don't mind paying full price for something that feels comfy. If they don't have the right size, they make every effort to get it.

I grew up getting fitted and shopping at a Browns Shoe Company store (not this store, sadly no longer in business). This store with the attention and help you receive with out being over bearing and using heavy pressure sales techniques reminds me of when I was growing up.

You will pay about the same price and even lower on some things than the big stores, with a large selection and great pricing this is the place to go
