The staff are professional and always so sweet, they have been such a blessing and so helpful throughout this past couple of years as I have been there getting my parents medicines as well as mine! They deserve a raise❤

Trash , I was told by the pharmaceutical that there was no way for her to transfer my prescription even tho there is an option online. I've been w.o medicine and I regret picking this location. Never again

Horrible customer service!!! I was literally pulling up to the drive thru and on the phone with them when the time turned to 7pm, and instead of taking care of a customer, I was informed I had to come back the next day because they were closed now. So I guess right at 7pm all their computers and drive thru just turns itself off and they can't do anything?!?! I just thought that humans were the ones that ran computers.. and not computers running the humans... wow I was wrong!! Also how they say that they text or call when a prescription is ready.. well I never received one of those either.
What is the world coming to when we loose our customer service skills?!?!

I have used this pharmacy occasionally for the last 5 years and it seems that the experience is always the same. They never have time for you and can never explain to you why everything is so out of their way and I am so frustrated with the way I am treated. I have never been to a worse pharmacy. San Antonio, Wichita falls, and others are so different and kind. Please get some help for them nobody should be that miserable in their job. Please let someone improve the environment. It's a black cloud and doesn't have to be
